As the hotel is on the busy main street it was quite noisy with traffic at times. The layout was nice and easy-to-use but stepping up to get to the main eating area may be difficult for those with knee or hip issues. The design of some of the rooms encircle around the inside of the hotel so any entertainment using a microphone was heard and very loud. As the design is open concept the only air conditioning is your room. The staff where very friendly and attentive. September was very quiet with not many long term staying guests, it did seem popular within the community for meals and night entertainment. The location was within walking distance to grocery stores, some banks and mall shopping. Taxi's are cheap and are the best way to see areas of interest.

Windjammer is an absolutely amazing resort. It is the perfect place for anyone looking for a family vacation with kids of any age. The stag were all amazing to our children, the grounds, views, rooms, and food were all top notch. The ocean was spectacular with fantastic snorkeling. The kids motorsport activities were the highlight for our children. We'll be back the next chance we get.

I absolutely loved the service and the hospitality of the staff. ? recommend it to whoever that is looking to relax in a friendly manner environment with great food and service. Food was great at every restaurant in the resort, we were very happy amd will definitely return

I love this resort even more than I did 20+ years ago. The staff are truly amazing and work so hard to make your trip perfect. The beach is clean and calm, the pools are phenomenal. The views don’t get any better. The long winding drive to the resort is worth it. Highly recommend!

I must say that I was AMAZED by this hotel, being a 3 star wasn't sure what to expect however it was WONDERFUL. Better than some 4 1/2 star hotels I've stayed at! The rooms are great and very clean. The people are so pleasant and accommodating. the 3 pools were perfect and quiet! The shuttle took us to the other resorts and even dropped us off at the local spots if needed Would most definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved this resort for my honeymoon straight after my wedding. It was everything I needed as a getaway to just destress and relax from all the wedding chaos. What my favourite part of my trip is how friendly and kind and helpful all the stuff were in assisting me with any of my needs or just welcoming me every time I see them. They are always so friendly and open to conversations and getting to know you, their positive energy just grows on you. Not only that the resort is breathtakingly beautiful. Especially because we are by the port, you can see boats going in and out, and restaurants are just by the water. Watching the sunset of view for dinner is one of my favourite moments as it is super romantic and just stunningly gorgeous place to eat. The food has a great selection and we practically have tried everything on the menu and loved it. I highly recommend upgrading to master suite and getting your own butler. Our balcony showcases the pool, mountains, water, and boats. I've never seen a view like this before. The extra service made are experience much more memorable than other experiences on other past trips. I also absolutely love the fire show the host on Thursday, it was engaging, and they allowed guest to take part.I would love to come visit again in the next few years! Completely under staffed and it showed. Constantly running out of stuff, IE, Butter, ketchup, napkins, cups for drinks, cheese and bacon for omelets and more. Stayed for a week and not once did we see someone check chlorine levels, add chlorine or even clean any of the pools. We had a swim out which had flower stems at the bottom of the pool, busted balloons floating around, amongst other stuff in the pools from day 1 and still there when we left. Buffet was consistent, basically the same food everyday and didnt have much flavor. Staff, extremely friendly. Treated us amazing! Needless to say, we would never go back to Royalton St. Lucia!

My wife and I chose this resort for our honeymoon, expecting it to be one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. Having stayed at other Royalton resorts in the past, I expected a similar level of service and hospitality. Sadly, that was not our experience here. From the room assignment to the overall service, we often felt overlooked and undervalued. As honeymooners, we hoped for a special experience, but instead we left feeling disappointed. One of the biggest letdowns was the room itself. It was not what we expected based on what was advertised and what we had hoped for when booking such an important trip. The beach and water conditions were also very different from what we anticipated. What troubled me most was observing service differences throughout our stay. While I cannot speak to anyone’s intentions, there were moments where it appeared that some guests received noticeably faster and more attentive service than others. It created an uncomfortable impression that left us feeling unwelcome. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe honest feedback is important. This was our honeymoon, a trip we invested significant time, money, and emotion into, and unfortunately the experience did not live up to the standards we expected from the Royalton brand. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and works to ensure all guests receive the same level of service, respect, and hospitality regardless of who they are. No couple should leave their honeymoon feeling disappointed and unheard.

The resort was clean and the rooms were nice, though the layout of the resort felt dated. We wished that there was a buffet for dinner that we could quickly grab hot food. Service at the restaurants was very slow. We often didn't leave until after 8pm, even though we started our meal at 6pm. The food quality wasn't consistent. We ate at Ocean twice. Once the food was good, the 2nd time it was not. The spa service was good but the young lady who checked us in was rude and not very knowledgeable, and because of that we were left with a credit on our account because she didn't understand how to book the services we were requesting. We missed out on our manicures because of this. The water therapy and back massage was good. #1 annoyance. Activities at Secrets catered to VERY small groups. The craft painting only has 8 people allowed to register. THAT's CRAZY. with a resort with over 500 people you only allow 8 people to an activity. Most people at the resort were nice! The beach was nice. but I wouldn't return to this resort

This review is about our recent large group stay at the Royalton St. Lucia Hideaway (Diamond Club) In April. Overall, our experience at the resort was generally positive; however, there were some service gaps regarding the Diamond Club/Hideaway experience. First, there were multiple occasions when activities scheduled at the hideaway pool or bar did not occur as indicated. Secondly, after our arrival, we discovered that the Hideaway beachfront Dorado restaurant and washroom were closed for renovations. This required us to travel from the beach to the pool area for access to facilities or use a non-oceanfront restaurant. We were not informed of these closures in advance, considering we were paying for a luxury premium experience I would have expected a heads up. The most frustrating issue involved room categorization and pricing. Our group consisted of seven couples, all booked under the Diamond Club Hideaway category. Among us, four couples (including myself) paid an additional $800 for “oceanview” rooms, while three couples booked “non-oceanview” rooms. All seven couples were assigned rooms in the same building (Building 1). The only difference between the room type was the floor level: the non-oceanview rooms were on the first floor (above the swim-up area), while the oceanview rooms were assigned to floors 2–4. While I understand that this classification may apply to other buildings on the resort, it does not accurately reflect the situation in Building 1, as there was no difference in view among the floors. In fact, one guest on the first floor had a better ocean view than another guest who paid the premium. I cannot understand or justify why we paid $800 more than the other guests so I hope you take this into consideration when booking. That being said, the resort is nestled in a beautiful cove. The ocean is lovely. The food was ok, not spectacular by any means. Mostly, I would like to express my appreciation for the quality of the butler service; all of the Diamond Club staff were friendly and attentive. But in my opinion, I don't think it was paying a premium the diamond club oceanview at this resort.

To book a vacation stay with Secrets St. Lucia, make sure you understand the terrain of St. Lucia and you're comfortable with the longer route from the airport to the resort. All we knew about St. Lucia was that it was perfect weather and the place was exquisite. We had an excellent driver, Akim, who navigated the winding roads expertly. It took me awhile to warm up to Secrets because of the first impressions I've had at other resorts where someone who greet you with a cold beverage and the lobby would be cool and inviting. Secrets was lacking this and it deflated me a bit, especially after a long bus ride, and a long plane ride. We were given a quick explanation of the activities and such, but what I really would've liked was an orientation on how to use the switches in my room or the shower setup. Thank goodness our room wasn't far from the action because it was hillier than expected and waiting for a golf cart to do pick up and drop off would've meant for a long wait. But, I embraced the extra exercise since I was fresh off of a hip surgery. The Entertainment Team were great for my rehab! I would give the cleaning staff some advice about cleaning out the broom or mop after each use because we had way too many hairs from other rooms or left over from the previous tenants. That made me question the cleanliness of the whole room even though it looked wonderfully presented. Our swim out pool was a great refresh after a long day. I didn't quite realize that it wasn't connected to anywhere though. In other resorts, it's part of a lazy river that takes you to a bigger pool. Again, do your research on this part. The tree leaves were also in abundance in the pool everyday. I would've enjoyed a lounger instead of 2 small chairs and a table. The curtains always got in the way too every time you went in and out of the door. Just little things but they add up over a week. We met some lovely fellow Canadians and Brits and Scots-always a good time. We went on the Joy Cruise excursion for the volcano, waterfall, and lunch and it was delightful. Terry.5 could be a bit crude and opinionated. The second day we did the sunset cruise with them and I strongly suggest you eat beforehand because it was not an actual meal for the sunset cruise. The views were wonderful though. There are 2 big pools on the resort and unless you got early and got a spot with an umbrella, you were out of luck. If the resort is reading this, I wish you would add more umbrellas so people weren't fighting over them. All of the food places were 5 star except for when the Market Cafe turns into the Seafood Grill at night. It was a big let-down. And I don't know why the chef at Le Petit is always grouchy that you come in for food. She needs to hang out with Agnes more from the Market Cafe, she was the sweetest lady making omelettes every morning! Ronnie is a wonderful singer so don't miss getting to hear him sing. And if you want great drinks service, ask for Crystal!

The hotel was perfect size and quiet. I truly needed that. the guest and staff were friendly. There was a few smokers outside at the pool, and i advised the hotel and they kindly let the guests know it was not permitted. the pool was warm, so you didn't freak out when you got in. the hot tub could be hotter though. it was not hot. the staff took really good care of us. we had an issue with our first room with the lock, and we asked them to fix it and they did one better, they gave us a room with a kitchenette. We will definitely ask for that next time. Much cheaper to eat in than out for breakfast. the view of the marina, OMG...amazing. The grocery store is 10 min walk, there are tons of restaurants within 5 minutes, the beach is 5 min walk. the area is beautiful and quiet to walk as well. I give it a 5 star for sure.

Good people at hotel. Unfortunately my previous review was to long and when blan just now. Please tell the hotel manager, that we still waiting for two water bottles while we were waiting to be pick up for our return flight. 4 hours drive from airport to Soco house.

Very poor service ,we were there for 4 nights and had a very large dirty spot on the couch ,nothjng was done about it ,it was my daughterbed. , reported Thursday, asked for pillows (we were 3 only had 4 pillows) only git 2 more on Saturday, beach never get cleaned from seaweed until midday, no one arranges the seats or take care of the beach,this was Royalton St.lucia

The hotel was amazing! It was always clean. It wasn't a huge place, but it felt comfortable. The only thing was that it was very far from the airport, and the drive was long on very tight, windy roads.

Please don't pay attention to the naysayers who didn't like this resort! We were glad we put our faith in the positive reviews we read! This is not a brand new resort, but it has been quite extensively updated by Hyatt since they took it over. The grounds were lovely and lush with lots of floral hedges, trees and bushes. The beach although not very wide, is well kept and not rocky! You can wander out into the water easily, and it is a fair distance before it gets deep. Almost NO sargassum, and mostly very gentle waves. There are tons of loungers at the beach, however there are not enough palapas or umbrellas to provide shade for all guests, thus the need to get up early, around 5:30am, to get your choice of location! We were in room 355, a deluxe partial ocean view king room. It was not a preferred club room which we usually do select, however once we arrived we were happy we didn't pay the extra for one as there really was not a lot of extra value with it. Our room was a bit smaller than we had expected, and the hanging closet space was very limited, but the room overall was nice and was cleaned daily with towels and water refreshed daily. The restaurants were good overall, with our favorites being Morgan's Pier where the lamb shank and the beef bourguignon were our favorites, followed by the Seaside Grill for their shrimp and steak (steaks are much thinner than Canadian cuts though!) The biggest plus at the resort was definitely the staff - can't give them enough praise for their pleasantness and helpfulness, always smiling with a hello and have a great day!

After being on a plane for over 5 hours and then a 90 minute drive to get to Secrets, we were delighted to arrive. We were greeted with a cool towel, lovely, but no offer of a drink, even water. We were then told we were Preferred Club and were instructed to follow someone…We had to go up a hill, climb a number of steps all while exhausted and carrying our carry on’s. We were brought into the lounge, told to find a seat, still not offered a drink, and were given paperwork to sign while being told at least 3 or 4 times that if we broke anything in the room we would have to pay for it…A Concierge told us we had coupons but since we were tired, we could discuss the next day. We never heard from her again? Our Butler then walked us to our room, down a hill and up a lot of stairs still dragging our carry on’s. He explained the room features very well. We had asked to be close to our friends, (at the time booking 6 months earlier) but that didn’t happen, we were two buildings down from each other.  We were told they would look into getting us closer together but it never happened. The view from our room was beautiful, but it was quite small. It was the best water temperature we’ve ever had with a swim out. Our friends were upgraded to a suite, again when asked why given we booked at the same time and paid the same $, the response was “sorry”. Getting to and from the beach can be difficult if you have mobility issues. It was very difficult to get a ride down from our room. We went to the Preferred Club one morning to request a cart and were told none were available because they were picking up luggage. Again we received the standard response of “sorry”. We tried to call the concierge as per our Butler’s instructions and couldn’t get through. Honestly, very few of the concierge were of any assistance at either the preferred club or in the lobby. The Preferred Club beach portion is very small without enough shade so we ended up on the regular beach each day. Special events during our stay blocked off the entire preferred club section and a large portion of the regular beach. Overall, the beach was well maintained and we enjoyed our days there. Our friends had to be down before 5 to secure a spot for us, if we wanted shade. The Preferred Club itself was small. The bartenders were fabulous. The food selection in the preferred club was extremely limited and not really appealing. I don’t think I would book the preferred club again if I were to go to another Secrets. It really didn’t seem to be worth the extra money overall unlike other resorts where there is a marked difference in service. The people who work in the restaurants, bars, beach staff, coffee shop, cleaners etc. were absolutely fabulous. I can’t say enough about how lovely they were. The food was good overall at all the restaurants and better quality than many of the other islands we have been to in the Caribbean. I would return to St. Lucia, and stay at a different resort.

The hotel complex is a nice size; no more than a 5 minute walk anywhere. The restaurants were very good. Surprisingly (to me), Hunter's Steakhouse was at the bottom of our list. Service was very good, but the dinners were disappointing. My New York steak was not a very good cut, and my wife's salmon was quite overdone. Grazie, Calypso and Armadillo were quite good; Zen Teppenyaki was fun. The buffet was quite fine; great for breakfast, very good for lunch, and ok for dinner. Minibar replenishment was erratic. I had to call everyday for water and beer; a couple of days they didn't replenish at all. I later found out that we could get bottled water at scoops. Evening entertainment was a bit loud at times and generally not to our liking although country night was good, and the Thursday night Michael Jackson tribute was good. We had a swim out room in building 4, and that was really good. I would do that again. Housekeeping was excellent. The lady who did our room was very pleasant and efficient. For some reason there were no facecloths provided, even though we asked every day. We finally got a couple on our last day. Overall we had a very good and enjoyable week.

Stolen Time checked off all of our boxes for our vacation. Service was excellent from all members of the staff. The staff were friendly and remembered your name, The rooms were comfortable, not that you spent a lot of time in the room. The beach was beautiful and the loungers were plentiful. The beach service was outstanding, meeting any need you had with a beautiful smile. The pool was lovey, enjoyed the swim up bar. We enjoyed eating at the Terrace and loved the Malabar restaurant. We also ate at the Thyme restaurant several times and throughly enjoyed the excellent food. The theme dinners that were offered were fun and delicious. Lots of activities were available. Many amenities were available, including the gym, a small library above the gym, and the boutique which had a lovely assortment of souvenirs and clothing. The Terrace bar was a lovely place to relax before dinner. The Champagne Bar was a unique experience and a great way to meet people. An absolutely fantastic stay at Stolen Time in St Lucia.

Grande Sandals was absolutely a beautiful resort to spend a relaxing week. There were 12 restaurants onsite, numerous bar and too many pools to count! Staff go above and beyond. Very clean and well Kept resort. Definitely recommend the Grande Lucian.

Older hotel but well kept, clean and quiet. Our room was spacious with a sitting area separate from the bedroom. Plumbing wasn't great (slow to drain and/or flush) but that was not uncommon on the island and likely due to older infrastructure. The hotel is centrally located, so a 5 minute walk to Reduit Beach and an 8 minute walk to town. Lots of reasonably restaurant options in both directions including the Cock Pit restaurant in the lobby, which was very good, and Spinnakers on the beach. Our room had a small fridge, microwave, french press, dinnerware and cutlery for 2, can opener, sharp knife which was enough for us to prepare lunch and breakfast in our room. There was a nice view from our balcony while we had coffee in the morning. Pool was very quiet; could usually get a lounge chair. Overall, a good stay.

It was our 35 wedding anniversary and we wanted to go somewhere special. We were delighted with our choice of Secrets St. Lucia. It was everything we wanted. The room was spacious with all the amenities you could want. An anniversary sash on the door along with a fruit plate, pastries and a bottle wine awaiting us inside. The Preferred upgrade was definitely worth it with excellent attentiveness from our personal concierges (Rochel and Titus) that made our stay extremely comfortable. Lots of great choices for food, fantastic dinner on the beach, choice of pools and night life if you want it. Just be prepared for lots of stairs if in the Preferred section but lots of golf cart assistance if you need it. Second to none.

The hotel staff was the best we’ve ever had! The bartenders, housekeeping and staff in the restaurants were amazing! A shoutout to Princess who makes the BEST banana pino coladas! And Verne who is the sweetest housekeeper! The grounds are small but beautiful and the pools are lovely. The food is good and Lulu’s offers a great selection of food choices. All in all it’s a great place to visit! One disappointment was the excursion representative through Sunwing. Heidi booked one excursion for us and then was never seen again even though we tried to contact her several times through the receptionist.

My partner and I enjoyed Soco house to the fullest. It was a quiet resort with a 3 min walk to the beach. The meals can be changed a little more often but that was minor to us. We would definitely return.

Every staff member we came across for the week we were there was so polite and kind. The rooms were beautiful. The service was great. The beach was small but nice. There is some seaweed that floats up some days. The pools were beautiful. All around amazing experience at the Royalton. We have nothing but amazing things to say about this resort and our vacation.

Had a beautiful venue for celebrating birthdays, retirements and family time. Lots of good restaurants, lovely sparkling pools and warm sandy beach. The sunsets were gorgeous as we had a beach front room. The biggest detraction was the two hour bus ride from the airport.

The property was large, a lot of pool chairs. It never felt crowded. Could leave your belongings on your chair go to the beach and everything was untouched. Clean rooms, comfortable beds,great balcony looking towards ocean. Great entertainment every evening. There is so much to do on the property, you never feel bored. Restaurants were all very good. Fun for kids of all ages. Staff are great and very friendly.

The hotel is not that far from the ocean (400m) but in order to get there you need to walk on relatively busy street which does not have a sidewalk. The beach is densely occupied as many hotels shuttle their guests to the same beach. Food - the presentation of food was nice but there almost not fruits and only limited veggies. But the most important is that there was no buffet and everything was served, very, very slowly. Each meal was taking 1.5-2hours. It was normal to wait for coffee half an hour. As I have calculated half of my vacation time I spent waiting for food. The hotel is quite clean (clean white towels) but there nothing to do there (no pool table, no ping-pong table, no entertainment). Don't be fooled by picture of the gym laughable and unusable (room 2x3m). The bigger picture - the traffic at St Lucia is on the left side, roads are extremely narrow and windy, traffic is extremally heavy....therefore renting a car for sightseeing driving is a very challenging concept (but there is not much to see on the island, anyway). The service personnel was mixed - from not very friendly to overfriendly (standards?). Finally - there is construction going on, just across the road (2026) which may take another year. We paid 2500/person/week - this is absolutely not worth the money.

Staff was kind and courteous. Food was amazing Cocktails were delicious with a different cocktail in every restaurant and bar. Staff worked hard to please guests and didn't change their service level if you chose not to tip...even better reason to tip on departure Management checked in several times to ensure we were enjoying the stay

I’d like to start by acknowledging the wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which really enhanced our stay. The variety of restaurants were all excellent. Our favorite was Buccan, which features the local cuisine, what an amazing dining experience! The resort itself was beautiful and very well maintained. The only downside was the need to wake up at 5:35 a.m. to secure a lounge chair. Also, there were no umbrellas on the beach for shade, which was very disappointing.

The stunning grounds are met with everyone that works there truly nice people that made this trip so relaxing with food that so so special at all restaurants outstanding service that was the best I have enjoyed at any sandals!!!!!!!

All staff are constant,y cleaning the surroundings and making sure that all visitors are well cared for. This is exceptional. The staff are super friendly and make efforts to be of help always. This is my second time here and plan to return.

Very modern facility. Had an ocean view. Large room with adjoining ensuite. Very private. Good linen..Lots of Restaurants for gone dining. Excellent poolside and evening entertainment. Very helpful staff.

Nice hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. No musty smell. Grounds are well kept. Lots of pools. It wasn’t very busy when we were there. We were a group of 11 and got chairs together every day (week of Nov 18-25). Keep this in mind when reading the rest of my review. I would estimate it to be under 30% capacity. The hotel folks were kind to make 3 dinner reservations for us before we left since we were a big group. I had to push back a bit because at first they said no. Unfortunately they made our Zen reservation half an hour past the start of the show, so when we arrived at first they said sorry, you missed it. Again, a conversation and proof it was their error led us right to our place at the grill. We did go on to make reservations while at the resort for the rest of the week and one night we had our own room at Calypso which was great. The Hunter Steakhouse also did an amazing job of decorating their separate room for our two birthday guests. They really did a great job! We did a tour through the hotel…a speedboat to the mud baths, snorkelling, lunch, bat cave, falls. It was really fun! The food was good and again no lineups since it was pretty quiet. Only one day was the buffet busy but that was a “day pass” day so there were more guests than normal there. The beach was beautiful. Our only complaint..and it was from our entire group….the buffet staff are lacking. Every morning we were tracking them down for cutlery, water, coffee. And when you do, the ladies generally are a little indignant. They just don’t seem very happy. Also, the Martini Bar is grossly understaffed. At cocktail hour, we often waited 20 minutes at the bar just to get a drink. It was the same throughout the evening. They have no idea who is next, so guests need to manage that piece. Most were good to wait their turn but there’s always that one entitled couple or young girl. The pool bars were the same with often one bartender working both the wet and dry side of the bar. If we compare to Mexico, those folks are always happy, happy to serve you, and literally run to please and serve you. Not here…everyone is in slo-mo. Each bar makes drinks differently too. We were in the regular area and wondered if the Hideaway and Diamond Club had the same experience. We talked with a few other couples who were there and they said other than their butler, it was the same for them. Aside from the hotel experience itself , the bus ride from the airport to the resort is two hours of twists and turns and traffic. The airport is nice and small, well run and very easy to navigate through the process.

This is a beautifully kept resort, very clean and constantly maintained. Our food experiences were all good but reservations are a must for à la carte restaurants. They are developing some good nightly entertainment too which we enjoyed. The only complaint would be that they seemed to be a bit short staffed and some staff were not that friendly mainly the bartenders at the pool bars. Not very social and not many happy smiling faces

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort is a beautiful property—well maintained with clean rooms, stunning beach, and amazing pools. For the best ocean views, building #5 is highly recommended. Dining is convenient, as restaurant reservations can be made in advance through the app. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall experience. The only drawback is the airport transfer, which takes about an hour and half to two hours each way.

The hotel staff were great, very helpful and accommodating, grounds were immaculate and the food was excellent. We stayed in the off season which meant there were fewer people at the resort, this worked well for us and we felt we still received the complete hotel service. Gratuities were appreciated and expected in St. Lucia. Not a problem but access to a bank machine would have been appreciated although the front staff were able to provide smaller change. Shuttle bus from the hotel does not run on Sunday or Wednesday so you need to be prepared for alternate transport or just stay and enjoy the pool (we did).

My daughter and I had a fantastic week at Harmony Suites! The hotel was small and quiet and offered an amazing restaurant with views of the Marina, as well as on site activities for a fee, for those wishing to try dancing classes/yoga. My daughter tried both! Island excursions were also available to book. The suite was clean, and likely will be updated sometime soon, as the neighbouring unit was being worked on while we were there. The best part was the location of the hotel! A five minute walk one way and you are on Reduit Beach. A few minute walk the other way and you are on the main strip with a great selection of restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, stores. Everything you could ask for! Overall our week in St. Lucia was one we will never forget. I would highly recommend the island as a tourist destination!

Excellent property, great staff, location is far from the airport about 90 minutes using the back roads. Rooms are cleaned and so is the resort, Food is good both at the buffet and a la carte restaurant, room service was also delicious for breakfast. Beach is nice, cleaned never a problem getting lounge chairs. We’re beach people and this was a really small one compared to other islands we have visited before. But overall it was an amazing vacation

The beeping/chirping noise from 7pm to 11pm every night is a tree frog. I put it first because I wish someone else had when I was looking for the answer lol Breakfast is the same menu every day. Several choices and all well prepared. The lunch and dinner menu changes every 2 days. Food was quite good and you can order as many items off the menu as you'd like, portions are on the small side typically. Bring your patience and understanding to meals and your stay in general. If you're impatient, stay somewhere else. At 10am coolers are available to go to the beach with from reception. Takes a while to get them filled. I wish we had brought our own cooler (soft sided/foldable) as some of the loaner coolers are broken or too small to fit even 2 x 275ml beers. The "big coolers" hold 3 or 4 small beers. The hotel will give you ice and a couple beers and a pop/water each time in the beach cooler (come back for refills or bring drinks separately from your room fridge). The hotel does not provide liquor for take away to the beach. The bar will give you beer/pop/water for your room fridge if you ask (with the caps on) - room fridge is not stocked except 2 small water the 1st day. Bring a bottle opener for the beers in your room or on the beach. No high end liquor. No Soda Water/Sparkling Water, they have Club Soda only. We found it OK to drink the regular water they offer at meals from a jug. They offer 1 glass of Sparkling Wine at check in and again available throughout the Managers Cocktail Monday night. Otherwise it's $25USD per bottle. No glasses of Sparkling wine available any other times. If you use coozies for your beers, bring the super small ones for the small bottles. All rooms look over the pool/pool bar. Bar closes at 11pm. The hotel had lounge singers in the lobby a couple nights. Hot water takes a few minutes to reach the top floor for showers. All meals are a la carte. Not many food offerings any other times (sometimes cake or cookies first thing in the am or at tea time but repetitive items). No pastries like croissants or muffins or bagels fyi. Upstairs at the restaurant does not need a reservation for any meal. The lower level definitely does, but just for dinner. No AC on either level as its outside/balcony style. Staff are very personable all over the hotel. No ATM on site, bank is a bit of a walk (20/25 mins each way)/was out of cash Easter weekend when we first arrived. Bring USD. Visa and Mastercard seem to be the best option to bring if shopping at a store. Haven't seen Amex accepted anywhere. Small gift shop on site for snacks and souvenirs. Can go across the street to Bay Gardens Resort to their gift shop if there's something Soco gift shop doesn't sell (tobacco and lighters for example). Day beds at the pool either pre-reserved or by 5:30am towels are left to hold them (same with the loungers). Shortage of chair pads, so if you get up late, you might have to ask them to bring out some or bring your own blow up mattress to lay on the wooden loungers. Front desk has pool towels, sometimes they're all taken or there's none until more are washed and dried. Beach is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel - no sidewalks. Soco has a reserved area in front of a closed resort just to the left if you enter the beach via the parking lot by the Police Station. Red loungers and an umbrella provided. No washroom facilities at the beach. No ATM at the beach. Vendors for mostly trinkets / coconut drinks walk the beach but they're not pushy. No obvious / public recycling bins on the beach. Return empties to the hotel for recycling.

The hotel is clean, with nice food, friendly staff and close to a beautiful beach! There is a shuttle bus to the beach every hour or alternatively 15 minutes walk is a good option. 5 minutes walk from the Hotel is a large shopping mall and CIBC bank.

Bel Jou has become my favourite vacation spot. The service is excellent and they have the most amazing staff. The food at all the restaurants was well prepared and delicious. Beautiful gardens that were constantly maintained.

Very nice Resort, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, grounds were well kept, food was exceptionally good, different items all the time; the atmosphere was amazing, everyone was so warm and went out of their way to make you comfortable. Poolside was orderly and friendly; a good place to celebrate a Birthday, Anniversary and family get-together. There is Shuttle Bus to take you on trips to the Beach and any nearby places you would like to see. There were Bus trips in the event you want to go out. Every night after dinner there is a band and Karaoke; after dinner you can relax to the music, join in the dancing etc. The rooms were very roomy and well attended to. There are other places on the property where you can enjoy music and barbeque along with any type of drinks. All in all, it was worth the holiday.

The grounds are beautiful, the room was spacious and had the promised ocean view, the food in the buffet and the restaurants was delicious and a good variety. Restaurants can be reserved ahead of time using the app, no waiting in line. Most of the staff was really friendly and helpful.

The hotel was well run clean and the service was amazing. It was by far the best food I've experienced going to all inclusive resorts. The excursion staff made the 4 excursions we did for 12 people easy and comfortable. The consierge floor was amazing.

Amazing view from our room, Very clean with great service, St Lucian people are super friendly! Shout out to Marvin the tennis pro for hitting with me on Friday, very nice to meet you. Great breakfast every morning with a wonderful view. Dinners are good but expensive. Great relaxing entertainment every evening by the pool. Big Thanks to our Shuttle drivers taking us back up to our rooms! Service staff were amazing!

Upon arrival the Soco House looks a little tired, I would not rate this hotel a 5 star property. Be prepared to wait a long time for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was ok. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when possible. The option of having a cooler packed and brought to the beach is a nice perk considering this resort is not beachfront.

First of all, they have shuttles every hour, taking guests to the beach. We preferred to walk, as a good exercise. 1.5 km one way, not too long a trip but sometimes there are no sidewalks and the scenery is not the greatest. The beach at the sister hotel (the Beach Resort) is very nice. After 10:00 one may not find available umbrellas, but beach chairs are plenty. The sand and water are great. An the view around, with mountainous shore is beautiful. The layout of this hotel is very, very nice. Well groomed grounds so that it seems to be in the middle of a garden. The rooms are kind of tired but very clean. It's not luxurious but one has all the basics well covered. Beds are absolutely the most comfy. No big problem with mosquitoes, even with all the rain we had daily. Careful with the cute cats roaming around the premises, they are lovely but full of flies. Even for All Inclusive plans, except Breakfast, most meals are a la carte. Fantastic food, however, be prepared to wait a little. Anyway, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. With or without tipping, they will do their best to assist.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The staff bent over backwards to ensure our comfort and they were truly lovely people. I wish I could remember all the names. Rooms: comfortable bed, very poor lightning, no outlets in bathroom water pressure ok.. Food: I’ll give a 7/10, chicken used for most dishes was drumsticks, dark meat , would have preferred a chicken breast. Food options were a little too repetitive They need to add some ambiance to the dinner tables, a candle , flowers etc… Beach: was a 5-10 minute walk but well worth it, beautiful , warm, turquoise water. Want to give a shout out to Valerie and Kwan, they will take care of your umbrella and beach chairs, they work for Soco house and are very nice and helpful people. Beach chairs have seen better days. Resort needs to step up and buy new ones. Also, they should provide drinks on beach for guests as it’s not always easy to get the cooler nor carry it for anyone with any kind of disabilities. You will have to wait till after 10 to get the cooler. They serve drinks water, beer on the beach but you have to pay. And no washrooms so you can’t drink much. There are many annoying beach vendors trying to sell straw hats, Jewerly drugs etc.. aggressive at times. Transfer from airport. 2 long frighting hours to resort, roads are small, curves and very high elevation and for this reason I wouldn’t return. Pool: very very small and not adequate for the amount of people more like a plunge pool. The pool is damaged in various areas , ie, big whole where vent should be and someone’s foot went into it. hazard!. They should consider extending length of the pool since there is a lot of waste space. Entertainment: non existent, warning , bring ear plugs, one night in the marina area they partied to 5:30 am, I couldn’t believe it was so loud!! I know this is out of the control of Soco house but still happened two nights of loss sleep. All in all, we had a decent time and want to thank Soco house for the kindness.

The resort itself was very nice, the people were great, however the restaurant is small compared to other Bay Garden hotel, and Spa and resort. If you are looking for beach, it’s not on the Beach. However, the noise level on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night music from a nearby club kept the guests awake until 2 am. There is a noise level law in St Lucia, but the resort did nothing to have the noise level addressed. It was heavy Boom Boom base music. Started about 8 pm and went on until 2 am. The person I spoke to at the resort claimed to not know which club it came from. It was not that our room was closest to the loud music, but it was heard throughout the whole area. I would have understood that at midnight, the music was turned down, but it never did. The lack of sleep on the week end caused sleepless nights. I would not go back to this resort because of the issue.

We had a great experience at the Bel Jou in St Lucia. The staff and management team always made sure we were well looked after and having a good stay. The room was very comfortable and clean if a bit worn around the edges. I’m not sure if the thermostat on our AC unit was correct as it felt a few degrees colder than what was displayed and getting the temp right on the shower was challenging. However, the housekeeping staff kept our room super clean and took care of us very well. We choose to eat at the buffet for dinner every night which offered different dishes and regional treats each day. For lunch we usually ate at Lulu’s Cabana where we particularly enjoyed the biggest and best handmade “mini” pizza, the hotdog with all the toppings and the taco salad. Shoutout to St Lucia for their local Pitons lager as well. We had no difficulty with the airport-hotel shuttles and the drivers, like the rest of the Bel Jou staff, made sure we were comfortable, safe and happy.

Great 2nd visit in a year, the staff are warm and friendly, Saf the hotel asst manager is a funny and friendly person his staff are also very happy to assist you with anything you need. We will be back for sure. Maybe we will check out there sister hotel in Barbados.

This hotel was a great boutique adult only hotel. The grounds were immaculate and the hotel was in a good location. The 2 pools were a nice size and kept at a comfortable temperature. There were more then enough sun loungers. There was a good variety of food at the buffet and the a la carte restaurant had a menu with a good selection.

The small size of the resort was amazing. The staff was marvellous and you really felt like they knew you. Food was delicious and there was lots of variety. I would return to this resort in a second. We were able to visit the other 2 resorts as well and enjoyed them but preferred ours.

Soco House St. Lucia was a wonderful choice for our two weeks away. We enjoyed the small size of the resort, cleanliness of the rooms and grounds, the food, the staff and the proximity to the beach, There were no buffet meals. We very much enjoyed the three full service meals per day. The menu choices were varied with full menu changes every two to three days. The quality and presentation of the food was top notch. The portions were adequate for us, however it was never an issue to substitute or increase the portions. A shout out here to Dana the dining room manager, hostess Eloise and waitstaff Leanna, Misty, Amanda and Montel. The beach was less than a five minute walk. Ever friendly and welcoming, Valerie, Daquan, and Barry provide the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas available for Soco House guests. Soco House front desk staff, (shout out to Ken) will provide a cooler of drinks for you to take with you to the beach. Tours can be booked by the hotel staff or another option is to independently hire Patrick Eugene’s Taxi. Patrick can be found outside the hotel each morning before 9:00. Edmund, the general manager is ever present and helpful. We seldom consider returning to a resort, but Soco House is one we would consider doing just that. The only negative we found were the cabanas around the pool deck. Changing them out for lounge chairs and umbrellas would provide more availability for all guests. Last, but not least, it was noticeable to us that few people would tip. The staff are always pleasant, work hard to please their guests and are readily available when needed. It would be nice to see more people show their appreciation by tipping.

I am not sure why we saw so many negative reviews of this place…we loved it! We had a lovely room, a great view of the ocean, and the people who worked there were very friendly. We have travelled a lot and have never have had such a great room. The food was really good—there were plenty of options and we were delighted with most of the food we got. We thought that the Nexus trips were amazing—we did the party sunset catamaran trip and loved it even though we are in our late 60’s! We took the helicopter trip back to the airport to avoid the long drive and it was so much fun! Our only complaint was that they want you to download an app to make dinner reservations and it didn’t work properly. However, we were able to walk in to most restaurants without reservations. We highly recommend the Hideaway at Royalton.

Dear Royalton St. Lucia Management, I recently stayed at your resort, and while I greatly appreciated the warm and friendly demeanor of your staff, my experience was overshadowed by significant operational shortcomings that severely impacted our vacation. Given the premium cost of this trip, I believe it is fair to request compensation for the loss of use of our room and the many inconveniences we endured. Key Issues Encountered Prolonged Room Access Issues For over a day and a half, we were unable to lock or unlock our room safely without locking ourselves out entirely. This was a major inconvenience and forced us to leave the room unlocked after cramming as many valuables as possible into the safe, just so we could enjoy some time outdoors. This unacceptable situation compromised both our security and peace of mind. Housekeeping Challenges Upon check-in, the room was inadequately stocked, containing only two face cloths and a floor mat. We discovered this on our first morning and called housekeeping. Over two hours later, with no response, I located a cleaner in the hallway, who was shocked at the oversight and kindly provided us with two towels. Additionally, there were no beach towels available on multiple occasions. This appeared to be exacerbated by guests using them to reserve chairs, a practice that was not managed effectively by staff. Food and Beverage Service The inefficiency of the food truck was astounding. It seemed overwhelmed despite relatively moderate demand, due largely to poor organization and undertrained staff. A streamlined system could resolve these issues, as the food itself was fine but not worth the excessive wait. Room service failed to deliver drinks we ordered, which was another frustrating lapse in service. Facilities Issues The Italian restaurant lacked basic hand-drying options in the bathroom (no paper towels or dryers), which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. A broken ATM left guests stranded without access to cash, with no alternatives available at the front desk. Impact on Our Stay The most significant impact was the room access issue. The inability to secure our room or easily access it for over 36 hours created unnecessary stress, disrupted our plans, and diminished our enjoyment of the trip. This was compounded by delays in service and inadequate amenities, leaving us with the impression that the resort was unprepared to meet the standards expected at this price point. Request for Compensation Given the disruption and the inability to fully enjoy the core aspect of our stay—our room—I kindly request compensation for this loss. While I appreciate the friendliness of your staff, the numerous operational flaws detracted significantly from the experience and failed to align with the premium cost of the trip. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the Royalton St. Lucia has immense potential to offer an exceptional guest experience. With improved training, operational planning, and guest support, future stays could be far more enjoyable. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter. My husband and I booked our last minute honeymoon through trip central. We were very happy with the resort. The beach is beautiful and so still. We enjoyed all the dining aside from the Asian. The rooms are clean, a little damp but overall nice. The grounds are beautiful and maintained. We had a swim out, which was lovely, however, the first few days the water level seemed to be low. 2 days went by and the water levels seemed to be back up—which was good. We were on ground floor of building 5. This was nice and central, however, quite loud as it’s a main passage for guests heading to breakfast as well as employees arriving (employee parking lot located behind the building). If you’re looking to have an uninterrupted morning sleep consider a different building or not being on ground floor. Overall, great spot.

The hotel was amazing, small, cozy, friendly environment made it nice and quiet but also easy to make friends with others there as well! Shuttle to the beach was quick and on time. As well as the Friday street party was walking distance. Super good food and amazing staff. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Pros: Wonderful people, lovely grounds, great seafood. Cons: Room very small for luxury ocean view. Small bathroom with no enclosed toilet so at times only one individual could use it depending on activity. Overpriced compared to the Riu and Bahia Principe chains. Better food, larger suites and wonderful nightly entertainment. Staff at the restaurants were painfully slow.

Hotel is close to everything , grounds, rooms and shuttle service was great. Food was good and staff was friendly. They also had karaoke on 2 nights for entertainment. It was also a bonus to use the facilities at their bay gardens beach resort, which staff were eager to help set up chairs and unbrellas. Would go to the Bay gardens hotel again.

Perfect boutique style hotel. The views are stunning. The food is good with enough options for the picky eater. Quiet hotel definitely perfect for anyone wanting to relax and unwind. Not a party hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel manager Dean was always around when needed, Princess has an infectious smile and is a great dancer she went above and beyond for our group, Quincy and Mikey always greeted us with a warm smile and were ready to help when needed. The Friday night street party in Castries is a must, and the land and sea tour was amazing. The evening entertainment is great. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be going back.

This resort offered pretty much everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The rooms were bright, modern and clean. The resort offered 6 different restaurants plus the buffet. The food quality was great and there was nightly entertainment.

This hotel is well run, clean, with two nice rooms and views. The food and service are excellent. I would highly recommend this resort. The hotel is located on a hillside so not close to the beach. The only downside is the 2 hour ride from the airport.

Stayed for 10 days in Apr/24. Overall, we enjoyed our time on this beautiful island. I'm giving a detailed list of pros/cons. Lots of cons compared to other resorts we have been to, but we tried not to let them bring us down. I do think hotel management needs to address some of these issues - we heard similar complaints from other guests. Pros: - good food, including buffet. Minor issue of overcooked steak once but otherwise we enjoyed most meals. As with most Caribbean resorts, if you are a chocoholic, you may be disappointed with the desserts! - no reservations necessary for a la carte restaurants, except the Japanese one. Usually wait was not that long - they gave you a buzzer to go and have a drink and get notified when table was ready - lots of pools - bracelet with key is great - no need to keep track of a key card - beach/pool towels - take as needed, no need to sign them in/out or being limited to 1 per person - room was nice - no charge for canvas-covered cabanas, just first come first served (although you'll need to get up early, likely before 6am to snag one) - separate check-in lobby for Hideaway guests was nice, but our room wasn't ready even though we didn't arrive until after 3 - shout out to room attendant Maxilina - she left a few handwritten notes for us welcoming us and showing appreciation. Also, Hideaway beach bartender Brian was great! Had a lovely waitress at the Italian restaurant - sorry, can't recall her name. - country singer, Shervon Sealy was great - an amazing voice - snorkeling off the beach was really good. Tons of small fish. We brought a bun from the buffet and broke off pieces and were swarmed by lots of fish. Cons: - most wait staff and bartenders (with the exception of those noted above) were not friendly and seemed annoyed/bothered whenever you ordered something. The restaurant greeters were friendly and welcomed you but after that, staff did not engage. We've been to other resorts where all staff members smiled and greeted you whenever you encountered them, including maintenance staff passing you on the sidewalk. Not so here, they don't engage and do not seem to be enjoying their job in the service industry. - even though the resort did not seem full, there were never enough bartenders at the swim up bars. Very slow service as a result. - bars were constantly running out of ingredients to make standard cocktails or the special cocktails on their menu. Also ran out of beer one day! - other shortages: napkins and spoons at buffet were often missing, facecloths in rooms. Witnessed someone asking housekeeping for a bar of soap only to be told they were out. - nightly entertainment was pretty lame for the most part and somewhat repetitive. 'Live music' was usually just a karaoke-type performance. Also, most shows end at 10 and then a big gap until a vibe party at 11. We never bothered hanging around for that - I think they hope this is the case so they save money on alcohol if everyone turns in early. Silent headphone party was particularly disappointing. There were only 2 channels of music to choose from. One was not our style but the other initially appealed to us and several other guests who were up dancing and singing to Abba, Shania Twain etc. But then I guess we were having too much fun because the songs soon changed to a style similar to the other channel and then no one was dancing and people were handing back their headphones. I guess the dj's were more interested in playing the songs they liked instead of being aware of what was appealing to the guests. - the foot washing/shower stations between the beach and the pool didn't work, so no way to rinse off the sand other than in the pool. So the sand collected in the pool and was never vacuumed out. - separate toilet area in our room had a barn-door which didn't latch and wouldn't stay shut. We requested it be fixed the first day and no one ever showed up to fix it. - the swim up pool bars had chunks of the bar ledge missing. Some upkeep is definitely needed. - just a heads-up that the canvas umbrellas and canvas cabana covers do not protect from the sun as you would expect. We burn easily so were very careful to move our loungers around as the day went on to be sure we were always in the shade. However, we still got sunburned. The beach has wood umbrellas which served the purpose much better. Excursions: - helicopter transfer from the airport was amazing. Got us there very quickly and the views were amazing - walked to Pigeon island - about 25 minute walk taking the shortcut (talk to the security guard at the edge of the property near the Diamond Club for directions). Park opens at 9:30. Cost to enter is $10 each. We climbed both peaks. Taller peak was more demanding and you will want proper footwear for this - flip flops will not work well! - catamaran/sulpher mud bath/waterfall/lunch/snorkelling - this was fun. Great way to see the island from the water. Mud bath was kind of neat but overrated. Staff seemed to really rush you through the whole process with so many other guests. Waterfall was cold and powerful but fun. Staff take pictures of you on your phone which is great. Lunch buffet was nothing special, but the view was amazing - we were up high in the mountains and looking over at the Pitons and ocean. Snorkelling - lackluster, not many fish and not that colourful. -ATV adventure - was very fun going on trail through rainforest. Stopped for a few picturesque views. Tour guide was very quiet/low energy but still had a great time. - 30 minute jetski ride for $80 from beach vendor was a lot of fun.

Stayed at Hideaway by Royalton April 13-20, 2024. Absolutely wonderful vacation. Booked Diamond Club and the upgrade was worth the extra money. Butlers Fabian and Gillian were responsive, attentive and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Food was very good at all restaurants. Private transfer with Island Taxi highly recommended. We look forward to visiting again!

The resort was spotless, the staff were the kindest most welcoming people. The room was clean, the food was delicious and the Thursday night barbecue with entertainment was excellent. The only negative, the fine dining dress code is not enforced.

This is whole new concept of resort for our family. Before we vacationing on all inclusive, buffet style dining and daily entertaining by amateurish local artists. This one was completely different and that is why we loved it. No kids, quiet, exceptionally attentive service on every angle of the resort spectrum. Fantastic upper class style food. What could be improved - fitness room has broken equipment, tennis court out of order. WiFi in rooms has frequent crashes. But if you not for it then - it is yours. Very creative approach to provide cold drinks for the beach in small coolers, reserved beach chairs no need to chase and fight in the morning. Overall score 8/10

The Hotel is small and very personal, the staff very willing to accommodate any request. The pool areas are pristine and the self serve Bar at the lower pool is a great idea. Our Ocean view room 3rd floor was clean and had a great view but the 4th and 5th floors have an even better view. The food was OK .. buffets were decent with a lot of variety but I would of liked more local fruit

Soco House is a small 72 room resort. Clean well maintained 2 bars 1 pool. This resort is not beach front, short walk, were they have an area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The hotel will give you a cooler with ice and beverages of your choice. The people of ST Lucia are polite and friendly. Close to town within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There is one restaurant at this resort that is a la carte. Same menu daily for Breakfast, lunch and dinner change daily. The food was good small portions and previous comlaints of slow service we never a problem. The menu was a problem for us . I would return if they changed the lunch menu so that you could get variety like hot dogs pizza hamburgers fries ect. Most people were older and absolutely no entertainment.

Sandals Halcyon St. Lucia is a small boutique hotel, with a narrow strip of real estate property, but well used, close to the highway and a small fishing village. The grounds were impeccable, with beautiful flowers and luscious tropical plants everywhere. It has 3 lovely pools everyone can access, the Sunset pool (main pool), the Quiet Pool in beside Kimono's restaurant, and the Walking Pool (Crystal Lagoon). There are comfy/quiet seating and napping areas all around the resort (such as a firepit seating). There are 6 restaurants, 2 of which require reservations: Kelly's Dockside, Bayside (International Buffet breakfast and lunch, and a French restaurant at night), Kimonos (Japanese), Soy (sushi) , Mario's (Italian) restaurant and the Beach Bistro (for lunch and late snacks plus take-out). Spa services are available through Red Lane Spa on site. There is no shortage of loungers on the beach and by pools, but prime spots are scooped up by those with butlers, so it is good to have an early riser in your party! The resort is only 15 minutes or $15/person ($30 one way) into the port of Castries to visit the markets. Tours and on-site events organized by Sandals are plentiful and tastefully done. There is drink service at each pool and at the beach. Don't be surprised if a waitress remembers your party's name and drink order by day 2! Bars are stocked with Scotch, Vodka, Rum, Gin, and the fridge daily with Piton beers, a selection of Robert Moldovi wines, as well as water and soft drinks. Coffee and tea are also provided in room. House cleaning occurs every day is never missed! Drycleaning services are also provided.

This hotel is being demolished in July 2024. That says it all for the most part. We stayed 11 days at the beginning of April 2024, a little too long for this place. It’s a small, intimate resort and doesn’t offer much entertainment or amusement. The ground floor room was spacious and the bed comfortable, which we loved. We didn’t have any problem with water - great water pressure but the 3rd floor wasn’t so lucky according to guests we befriended. The location is spectacular! The beach and water are fantastic, very comfortable for swimming. The staff provided good service, some better than others. Totally understandable since they’ll be jobless after July. Breakfast was the best meal, every single day. As stated in other reviews, a lot of duplication from lunch to dinner. Mainly local dishes and cuisine but always decent quality. This was fine with me since I will try almost anything. My husband struggled some days to find foods that were appealing enough for him to eat. While we had an all inclusive package, it was definitely not worth what we paid.

I cannot say anything negative about this resort. Staff amazing, food was delicious. Grounds were well groomed. Rooms were clean and comfortable bed. Adult relaxing resort, if you are looking for relaxing vacation this is perfect.

Coconut Bay Resort was everything a holiday should be. The staff was exceptional Star our room attendant was so friendly and went above and beyond in making our stay enjoyable. The grounds, pools and food were exceptional. Unfortunately I enjoyed myself so much I burnt the tops of my feet and had to go and see the nurse. Nurse Monrose was so concerned with the burn she called the doctor to come and have a look. After a prescription and excellent care I am well on my way to recovery. I would definitely go back and would recommend this resort.

Nice small hotel, great it you are looking to relax. Beach is a 3 min walk away, if you need beer, water too take with you the hotel will give you a small cooler. The staff try too keep you happy. Food is good, all al la carte. Healthy meals. The rooms are clean. We would return. A bit of a Bus ride from the airport, so just sit back and relax & enjoythe views.

The location is top notch. Food was okay although we were unable to get into the al a carte restaurants as they were always fully booked. We peeked in twice and barely anyone in the a la cartes so not sure what the issue was. Daytime front desk lady was very rude. All other staff were lovely. Definitely not enough bar staff and it’s ridiculous that the three bars must share one blender. Resort was clean so that was good.

Hotel was super clean, staff is amazing - best anywhere! Delicious food, great drink variety. We'll definitely return. It's the staff that really makes this place special. The spa is also amazing well worth it

Royalton St Lucia is absolutely gorgeous and must stay. Grounds are well kept and beautiful. Rooms have view to see the beautiful sunset. Loved the Steakhouse restaurant. Small beach area with alot of rocks in water. Pool tend to run out of towels. House keepers were nice. They ran out of towels and face cloth. They charge $6 US per day resort fee plus $200 US hold on credit card for incidentals

We absolutely loved everything about this place! From the gorgeous beachfront location to the outstanding service and delicious food, we couldn’t have asked for a better week. There were some issues with the hot water for a few days but even that doesn’t change my review. This place is worth every penny.

Was a FABULOUS little resort, in a beautiful bay. Location was great, short walk to town for shopping ect. Beach was amazing. Great snorkeling at the end of the cove. And really nice hiking trails just off the beach up the mountain. Grounds were VERY well kept and the STAFF were so friendly and helpful. LOVED the place. Cant wait to go back next year

Resort overall, great experience. Had a couple of room issues, quickly resolved by staff in a professional and courteous manner. Would definitely consider returning and passing on experiences to friends and family.

food was excellent and service was very good. grounds were well maintained. staff were very friendly and helpful. bedroom was ok but bathroom was far too small. Breakfast at the Italian Restaurant was special, good food and a great view.

ITS OLD AND SERVICE IS SLOW TO NON EXISTANT. BUFFET FOOD WAS MEDIOCRE AT BEST BUT AL LA CARTE WAS GOOD . BEACH IS AWESOME . POOL IS TO SHALLOW AND THE WATER IS TO WARM . CLOSE TO GROS ISLET WHICH IS NICE. WHEN THE WAVES CALM DOWN THE SNORKELING TO THE LEFT OF THE BEACH IS EXCELLENT .

Our room with king bed was newly renovated with a big shower. we had a great view from our balcony on the 5th floor facing the ocean. The scenery is amazing with the mountains in the background. The grounds were well kept and lovely. The resort grew some of their own veggies and herbs. There were two pools one up and the one down had a self serve bar that was well stocked with champagne, wine, liquor and beer taps. The food was amazing. A la carte changed their menu every 2 days and you could book as often as you wanted. The buffet always had a lot of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lulu's Cabana had great lunches, such as pizza, hamburgers, french fries, etc. The roof top bar had snacks after 9:00. There was entertainment every night with dancing, kararoke and music or there was a roof top bar for quieter gatherings. There was a BBQ around the pool on Thursdays with a steel band and fire eaters. During the day there were different events to name a few such as Creole cooking, Mixology class, coconut bowling which was hilarious. There was a shuttle to the beach and the market place in Castries for souvenirs. There were designated beach chairs for the resort and Vigie beach was amazing - you could walk for ever. And finally the most amazing part of these two weeks was the staff. They never ignored you, always went beyond to help you and all were so friendly. You could tell they really loved their jobs with singing and dancing and always a greeting from everyone.

I had a enjoyable time at Harmony suites , the best part for me is the Steve's Scuba diving was right there I did'nt have to walk far in the morning to catch the boat diving . It was also very quiet and close to the main tourist street , where all the restaurants are ,close to the beach as well . The room was really nice with a Kitchenette.

If you’re looking for quiet and restful this is the place . The hotel is clean , and well taken care of . The staff is all very nice and so helpful with the exception of a woman at the front desk who seemed annoyed to be bothered . The pools are so clean and refreshing and the lower pool self serve bar is genius . It has everything you need to not have to leave the pool. You absolutely can drink the water it is perfectly safe. Lulus cafe near the lower pool has really good food especially for lunch so you don’t have to leave the pool to go to the buffet . Speaking of the food it is actually pretty good , I am basically a vegetarian and found plenty to eat . The views are stunning and the shuttle to the lovely beach is so easy to use and only a 5 minute drive. You can go into Castries but honestly there is nothing to do or see at all . The rooms are clean but smell a little musty . The refrigerator in the room is not stocked with anything not even water . We took the catamaran boat ride into soufriere and saw the pitons and went snorkeling . It was well worth the money as there is not much more to do . The downfalls are there is NO place to get souvenirs or even snacks . If you are like me and just would like to be able to go and grab a pack of gum or snacks or anything there is no place to get that . Bring your snacks with you .. also if you want a good spot at the lower pool you have to get your towels out before the sun comes up and reserve your chair . I honestly thought that was ridiculous. If you’re going to put your towel at the pool you should have to stay at the pool . You can leave it there for hours and not ever show up .. The drive from the airport to the hotel is close to 90 minutes and is hilly and is extremely winding roads. If you get car sick sit at the front of the transport van . The scenery is gorgeous and the weather is lovely . Just keep in mind it’s pretty quiet and not much to do . They do have theme nights which are for the most part are ok. This hotel has a rooftop which has a full time bartender and it has a great view but it is not utilized. It’s the perfect spot for music and dancing instead of the dining area . People want to talk and socialize in the outdoor dining space but it’s way too loud when there is entertainment and people leave . We loved the people and the food and the weather but will try a different island next time that has more to offer

Good food. Amazing staff. Our room was great. Everything was located conveniently. The recreation staff was amazing. Really good at their job worked very hard. I did not have kids with me personally but saw how well they worked with the kids and the kids loved them. Nice to see. Gillie was alot of fun we did paintball with her.

Resort was most enjoyable. Grounds were well liked after, rooms we re clean, staff and food were amazing. Would absolutely recommend to other travellers. Quiet and quaint! Enjoyable entertainment, with no hidden costs.

Have travelled frequently and am so pleased with this resort. Had everything I wanted. Amazing food, pleasant staff and a well laid out resort. Our room was very suitable for 3 women, lots of space for us to put all our clothes away. I would definitely go back there, I’ve never said that about previous trips!!

Absolutely fantastic resort. Staff were amazing and attentive, courteous and friendly always. The food was amazing and the resort property is stunning! Anse Mamin is so quiet and the trails, beach and restaurants are so beautiful! There are a lot of stairs, and the place is significantly more wild than some of the marble-clad places elsewhere in the Caribbean, but this was exactly why we chose Anse Chastanet and were not disappointed at all! We did the birding hike with Mano (Father Nature) and highly recommend this for information on both flora and fauna of St Lucia! We also did the Jungle Biking with Tyson and it was awesome - highly recommended! We also hiked up the Tinker Trail to the lookout and then took a dip in the ocean to cool off. Very much worth the effort. After having traveled to several destinations in the Caribbean, we would be hard pressed to consider going anywhere else ever again. Could not recommend more highly!

Quiet resort, beds were so comfortable, room facing ocean and spacious, washroom two sinks, made it easy for two people. Food, dinners were always stewed chicken, pork, fish; by time end of week food not pleasing. Beach water was always unpredictable high waves. People getting smashed with heavy waves. Need floaters, however, there were times that waves were strong, not pleasant. Pool side great for little kids. Lobby bar evening after dinner, had one person entertainer, No theatre entertainment. Two hours transfer from airport driving on narrow roads through jungle, felt a little dangerous, however, arrived safely.

We went with our expectations held in check. There is a lot to recommend this resort. The staff is great - they are friendly and helpful. The front desk people are very helpful, and we had the Nexus tour guides to arrange outings. We had some hiccups with the chamber service (no face cloths, change of bath towels had to be requested multiple times). Also, be aware that pool side chairs are at a premium!! I have no idea why the resort can't invest in another 50 loungers (note to management- these can be stacked and used as needed!). We had ro get up at 4AM to place towels on chairs to reserve them. The grounds are lovely and well kept. The cats are friendly (and join you on one of the chairs in the evening at the breakwater cafe). Overall, this is a good resort for budget travelers!

Negatives: had to ask every day and sometimes several times for clean towels in our room. This is a basic need. A maid let herself in our room (who wasn’t cleaning it) and took our tip that we left for the maid. We only discovered this because we returned to the room 1/2 after leaving. The correct maid came to our room 3 hrs later and we explained what happened. Not only did she steal from a co worker but technically she stole from a guest as she had no right to enter our room if she was not cleaning it.

The resort is small but we were ok with that! The service is slow so make sure you have alot of patience. The sea is lovely and good snorkeling down the beach. It rained everyday we were there which I didn't expect. Trips and any items you want to buy are very expensive. We did do a few excursions which went pretty well. Towels are hard to get for the pool and chairs at the pool or beach are fought over by 7. There are not near enough of them. This resort needs alot of work. We were in a room that was upgraded however anywhere you look you can see the lack of maintenance. Certainly not a 4 star as others have said. The food was the same thing everyday we were there with about 7 buffet items to pick from.

The service was first class. The views were amazing. The food was plentiful. The rooms were clean. Our travel agent was responsive as we required. No problems. Everything was perfect! A week to be spoiled!

Hello, We stayed at Mystique from Jan.20th, 2024. The use of Royalton name in the hotel title is misleading. I expected higher lever of service. The hotel is more like 2 stars. The rooms were very dated as well as the facilities. There is just one buffet and one lunch snack bar. The Chic restaurant is a paid one. There was not a single station at the buffet offering fresh pasta, pizza or other meals made to order other than the egg station in the morning. All the meals were in silver pre-heated dishes. The biggest problem was with beach chairs and there was maybe 20-25 beach umbrellas that had 2 chairs each. By the 7 am each day, all the chairs had towels placed on them and there was no more chairs available. The hotel did not have ANY additional chairs or umbrellas that we could use. People would leave their towels for hours on end and this is not acceptable. If you wanted to have a spot on the beach. you had to wake up around 6:30 am to get your spot. Over all, the hotel is not worth the money. It is highly overrated. All the best.

This was a lovely resort that was easy to get around and very compact. Restaurants and pools were easy access. There was two things that prevent me from giving it a 5 star review. Firstly, every morning I had a really hard time finding a chair on the beach or at the pool. Even when I went to the pool very early (5:45 a.m.) the chairs were already saved, mostly by the butlers for their guests. More chairs are definitely required. The furniture is old, as is the refrigerators in the rooms. A lot of the pool furniture was torn and tattered, and more often than not covered with bird droppings. The food and the staff were amazing, special thanks to Sharlene who worked hard to get our party of 14 a table in the restaurants, and to Ted in the main restaurant who always looked after us. The staff seemed happy to be there. New Year's party was great!!!!

The resort was well maintained, the facilities were great the food was excellent at all times. The staff were friendly and fun and very nice to talk to. The transfer from and to the airport was the fastest we ever experienced.
