Hi it's not a all inclusive, for 23h to 11h no alcool, no bar. You must sign a invoice for every meal, beverage or bottle of wather. No party for all inclusive for new year eve. shows vas execrable, 3 times in a week. If you don' t know spanish forgot to have what do you whant. First bus to beach at 10h and bar open at 11h. the same food all week at Carnivore and 'a la carte restaurants.

Website photos are misleading as they show a beach at the Palacio. The only way to get to a beach is to take a bus that shuttles you there. The website for Palacio also states that there are eight restaurants on site. However, only one or two are open at any time for meals. Room was dirty and facing a very busy, noisy road

Palm tree & ocean views are the most serene here at this quiet resort. Not a lot of night life, not a lot to do other than suntan and swim and chill on the beach, the place seemed pretty empty too which also worked for us. Staff were all helpful & friendly. It was very convenient to be able to eat/play/swim at 2 other Mundo Imperial resorts and they usually had buses at the lobby ready to go to make it an easy day out. Food was delicious at all restaurants. One down fall at Pierre were the extra charges on a good portion of the menu even when you are all inclusive.. Rooms were fine nothing too special, ceiling fan was likely the m ost recent major update in them, though much appreciated! The sun sets behind the mountain - pretty spot.

Our vacation at Princess Mundo Imperial was wonderful. The place is very well kept over the years; extremely clean, no supplies out of stock or missing items. The overall layout is easy to navigate through, despite the size of the grounds. The atrium within the 'pyramid building' can use a bit of redesigning with the large sculptural bench seating taking a bit of space, but overall, the scale and entrance is grand and very welcoming - a great vista from the moment you walk in to the beach front - quite spectacular! The leisure pools are designed well, enough lounge chairs for everyone. The palapas at the beach are great - you need to reserve for the day to use but worth it; they will serve you any drinks you wish, so a bonus. Beachfront is some of the best you will ever encounter anywhere in the world - deep set sand front and endless rolling waves are mesmerizing. The food at ANY of the restaurants, not only at Princess Mundo, but at their sister locations (Pierre & Palacio) are some of the best cuisine we have ever had as part of an all inclusive stay - you definitely need to try them all! (Big shout out and big thank you for great service, to both Ivan and Isak at the 4-Diamond Restaurant (or is that 5-Diamond, no doubt!) Tabachin - fabulous food! And Tony, our Sunwing rep was excellent - he helped us with recommendations and day excursions. We loved it so much, we are already planning to return as soon as we can :)

Beautiful Resort, massive area and beautiful areas such as public areas, Rooms are a bit outdated and lack of a mini fridge but spacious, Food was okay but very lacking with options when booking with sun wing and only one all you buffet in the morning. Over all a great resort for adults but not really for kids

Great place that allows you to use 2 other resorts in the area with a shuttle service. Many food options. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of all the resorts. Can’t wait to go again in the future

The rooms were dirty, service was slow and they double charged us for coconut water. This was my third time here and I will not be back. Try to get a coffee before 7 am…good luck with that! I was treated as if I was in the way.

This hotel is not on the beach but has all you need for a great time.There are buses every half hour to the sister hotels which are fabulous and on the beach.You will have access to all the amenities at all locations and bus ride is only a ten minute ride.My only disappointment was not with the location but rather some of the guests who did not have the decency to tip for the wonderful services that were provided...no class from these individuals and that was an embarssment.The least they could do was leave a few pesos to these hard working people! I think Sunwing should inform these guests that all inclusive does not include tips which the guests should take care of! The staff were great and deserved to be rewarded for their hard work. All in all, a wonderful vacation!

This hotel has its own sea access with a sea water pool. This is big plus in comparison to other hotels. Well there is big bad BUT. You can use this advantage only from 09.00 till 17.00. To gain access to the sea you need to descend the long steep stairs (about 16 floors). A lift is only for chosen ones. Before 09.00 and after 17.00 you can enjoy just a view of the bay & city. There is an iron door which blocks the way to the sea pool out of business hours. The closest beach is Caleta 19 min walk from the hotel. The walmart express is 25 min walk from hotel. The famous Quebrada diving show is 45 min walk away. Breakfast is a la carte 156 Pesos: glass tea (coffee), 2 fried eggs, scoop of tostitos with green hot sauce, small pack of jam & small pack of margarine with 2 toasted pieces of bread. Overnight you can enjoy barking of neighboring dogs. Fresh water pools are very busy with exited children well pass after midnight especially friday, saturday & sunday night.

There are many issues at this resort #1 it needs a major updates #2. They need to informed customers a lot better on where they can eat night time. There’s no buffets throughout the night time we spent out of our seven nights we spent five of them at the Italian. We tried to go to the other two resorts that we were allowed to stay and playing and we were told we had to have reservations so the sat us outside instead of inside where it was nice and cool service took us nearly 2 hours to get our dinner that night because we didn’t have reservations. I guess he didn’t think it was important to accommodate us , the pools, the water was too deep at the PRINCESS you could get in, but then after that you couldn’t stand around in the pool and chat and talk because it was too deep. We spent most of our time at the Pelazzio, where the water was warmer and you can actually walk around and talk to people and meet people because the water was all standing level If you want anything to eat or drink after 11 you had to pay for it front of our state and they are Italian and wanted an espresso coffee after 11 o’clock and they were told they had to pay for it. It wasn’t part of their all-inclusive. They also restaurant because we were Sunwing we only had four choices for dinner or friend ordered a steak dinner and I only bought one meal told him that they had to share the meal and his wife is very upset saying we ordered two meals and they said you’re what sound when you only get one, so they had to share a steak dinner Overall, not impressed at all. Definitely will not be going back.

Amazing property,4 pools.Plenty of lounge chairs around the pools.Towel hut for fresh towels for next day.Plenty of wait staff for drinks from pool bar.If you prefer the beach they have a large area roped off also with loungers and umbrellas.That being said the beach in front of this hotel is nice but the water is a challenge to swim in.We had a basic room with choice of king or 2 doubles.All rooms have ocean view with balcony. We had All-inclusive.Previous years that included cans of beer and can soft drinks although this yr. that changed to glasses of draft beer and glasses of soda fountain drinks many people were disappointed some said they would not return. Breakfast for us was the best meal of the day.Lunch and dinner for us was disappointing you would not go hungry but foodies would be disappointed. Many of us returnees may not return to Hotsson for all-inclusive but breakfast only

We were there Wednesday January 19 February 2,2022. We paid $1075.00 each for the first week. The second week we were in isolation, as we tested positive. Make sure you purchase COVID insurance!!! What better place to be in isolation, better than -20 and snow. The resort was laid out well. A beautiful place. Rooms were very nice. Our housekeeper wasn't very particular. I found it odd that there wasn't any buffet restaurant, only for breakfast. If you wanted a coffee there wasn't anywhere to get one, unless you went for breakfast. There were places you could buy one, why pay for coffee at an all-inclusive resort. They should have a beverage station. The food here was amazing!! You could only go to a la Cartes at dinner, as there wasn't any buffet's.The problem was, hardly anyone spoke English and their menus were all Spanish. The pools were spectacular. An adult pool, very nice, but the other pools we're awesome. There weren't very many tourist at the time. The food near the wave pool had great a lunch menu. The waiters would take your food and drink orders and deliver them to your lounger. There is not any beach front. There was a free shuttle that ran every 1/2 hour with beach front, The Princess and the Pierre, were both really nice a little older but very classy. You could eat, drink and swim there. The only thing the Red flags were up the whole time. That certainly can't be helped. Thanks to Nicole Deforest who helped us out while we were dealing with the COVID protocol. And planning our vacation. Thanks Nicole!!! I would definitely go back. Hasta la Vista

We stayed for one week at the resort and had a great time. There were 6 of us that went and we will all be back again next year. We enjoyed visiting the sister resorts (Princess and Pierre) and especially enjoyed our visit to Scala Beach for the day. On our last night, we went to the Princess Resort and had a lovely a la carte steak dinner.

This was our first time travelling to Mexico, for my husband and I. We were impressed the moment we got off the bus, as we headed inside the Palacio Resort.. Smiling faces greeting us, along with drinks and fast service. We proceeded to our rooms admiring the beautiful resort with marble floors, glamourous shops and tasteful décor. Our room was very spacious with double sinks, fridge with water, coffee machine, A/C, comfortable king size pillow top mattress, balcony overlooking the mountains and scenery and even a small gift basket with Mexican treats. :) We had access to 3 different Resorts with free shuttle services, each resort was uniquely different. It was interesting to see all the different views, shops and many restaurants. So many different pools as well as swim up bars, waterslide, wave pool, jacuzzi and sitting areas! We will be going back to these very clean, affordable and friendly Resorts for sure!! We would recommend the 3 Mundo Imperial Resorts =Princess hotel Pierre- and Palacio !! A few things I found that wasn't pleasant were ; that we had to sign the bill every time we ordered food and drinks, hot tub in the spa wasn't working and that we had to pay extra for sheltered areas on the beachfront. Other than that it was a great vacation and we really enjoyed it.

We loved this resort! Hotel was very clean.The staff was friendly. Resort was mostly empty so no line ups or waits. Unlimited a la cart meals was really fun. The schedule of restaurants is a bit confusing but it works. I really enjoyed all the food. Shuttle to princess and pierre resorts run every hour. Worst part of our stay was having to sign after every meal or drink, clearly not a huge deal.

The hotel was very nice, clean, spacious and relaxing. The room was always clean and fresh. The restaurants and the service was amazing. The food was excellent, 5 stars. The accessibility to other hotels and restaurants was a plus. The staff was great, very welcoming and offered great service. Very happy about my stay at Pierre Mundo

We have been staying at the Hs Hotsson in Acapulco for the past 8yrs.The location is perfect directly on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, casinos, the main reason we go is the weather.Acapulco has a dry season Nov.-May you get no rain.Many people we have met spend many months a year in Acapulco, I would recommend this resort and many more we have stayed at visiting Acapulco over the past 40 yrs.

Stay at one and enjoy all three hotels. Each has its own characteristics. A good mix. We stayed at the Palacio, which is mostly a convention centre, which had little to no entertainment. The room and the pools are very good. Clean. The buffet was a bit disappointing. Mizumi was ok and La Moda and Marche were quite good. Best place to eat were at the Beach Club in Princess and Tabachin (French) in Pierre. Scalia Beach Club was good too. Service at any of the hotels were great, especially at the Beach Club and Marche. In general, very good to excellent. We shall be back and would recommend this hotel Munro Imperial.

Out of this world. We had the best time of our lives here. The staff was very helpful. The resort was excellent. Only if the beach was more friendly this would be heaven on earth. Very clean and a well maintained resort. The 63rd Anniversary celebration on valentine's day will be an unforgettable event. Keep it up. We will be there every year

Great weather -- sunny from 8am to 5pm every day Great company --my daughter Maddison Food was nothing over on top but you don't starve Pool was nice Beer was always cold The room was nice -- 2nd floor but the air conditioning didn't work -- they sent maintenance to look at it and try to fix but said that they couldn't fix it --26 celsius in the room -- unbearable -- uncomfortable--sleepless nights -- not impressed I have booked many vacations over the years and air conditioning is very important in my books -- i feel Sun Wing should be compensating both me and my daughter in some way Time will tell

We went through 5 rooms checking in because nothing was working in them/ example ….Room key would not open the door no hot water in shower hair blower stopped working no air conditioning not working just to name a few. The food was terrible and service was like we were invisable. We were ignored. No entertainment because it is only an all inclusive hotel for a few.

The bedrooms were quite spacious and nice! The resort has a cool condo vibe to it, which I really enjoyed. The pools were amazing! General Manager of the property invited our entire arrival group to the roof for for a cocktail hour, it was beautiful! We were able to meet a lot of new and amazing people that way!

My now Fiancè and I travelled to this resort and had a great time. The people were so friendly and the weather and resorts were beautiful! The dinner buffet although wasn't open a single night so this caused us to travel to other resorts to eat dinner. There was also entertainment advertised and there wasn't a single show or a disco theater. All and all it was a wonderful resort but would have like to enjoy what was advertised. 3.5.

We spent 7 days at the Pierre Mondo, a very clean safe resort, steps from the beach, or lounge by the pool, your choice. Depending on your preference there are day trips available. Extremely clean, polite and helpful staff, 3 pools I choice from, depending on your choice of pool depth, from kiddie to more adult. Breakfast buffet excellent! Cons: the other two restaurants menus do not change, what you have to choose from Monday is the same Sunday, and if you don’t like fish, you are limited. The hotel is well maintained, but is showing it’s age. Our room the bathtub has rust on the edges, and caulking needed to be redione. Lots of ants on our patio; no children’s menus at the Pierre Bar which is your only choice for lunch except on Saturday, fine dining food was excellent, but one dish was labelled as stuffed chicken breast, but it’s the first time I have had a chicken breast come with a drumstick. More English speaking staff on front positions would probably help, but if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay without it being a party palace , this is the place for you.

It was our 20th anniversary trip and was also our first ever trip to southern resort area. It was great. Actually we're planning to go back in December. So much variety of food, we had to make a meal plan every day. There were over 10 restaurants we could go in the three resorts, Palacio, Pricenss, and Pierre. We tried 8 and they were all good, 4 buffet and 4 a la carte. Workers there were very friendly. We stayed at the Palacio. The location was great too. It was not even 5 minutes from the airport. Conveniently a huge super market and a mall were across the street. Walmart was also 5 minutes away by bus. Only downfall was there were not many people speak English. That's all. We're planning to take some Spanish lessons before we go back.

Almost everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, except 2 things: 1. There was no tennis available because the Mexican Open Tennis Tournament was being played at the time of our stay. There had been no information about this on the Sunwing booking site. 2. Evening entertainment was OK: 4 or 5 dancers each night. Once or twice was enough. The room was very clean, food& service were good, with excellent food at the Asian restaurant at El Palacio. It is possible to use the facilities at 2 other hotels: El Palacio and Pierre. Shuttles to each hotel are free. The setting is perfect, with 5 pools and the beach. However, the sea view is somewhat obscured by the palapas set up by entrepreneurs at the water's edge. We will happily return next winter, but not at the time of the tennis open.

We had a wonderful time at the El Cano in Acapulco rooms were all nice and big and clean all have a balcony with an amazing view of the beach pool was big and very warm food was very good but at times cold so we had the situation fixed a couple of time but was amazing we would go back in a minute thanks Sylvie and Robert from qc. canada

Very clean resort pool area dining area, beach all very clean and respectable. very friendly staff. Easy to get around in the city on the city buses or taxis or even walking. All in all would recommend to friends

The El Cano Resort was a fantastic place to stay for a week. There was a lot of options in the buffet and all the food was delicious. All the staff were very nice and very welcoming, and I couldn't get over how clean the place was. I stayed for seven amazing days and I'm going back next year. I guarantee you'll love the beach!

We had a group of 7 for this holiday and we all enjoyed it. Rooms & beds were great. Awesome views. Buffet breakfast was good, but choices never changed. We had hoped there would be theme nights. Surprised for a resort this size that there weren't more al acartes. The Italian had great wood fired pizzas. We went to the 2 sister resorts and enjoyed them both. We met the best server "Filipe" @ Restaurant Aqua. From the moment we arrived he looked after our group. We also had a great bartender "Jesus" at the Pyramid who made our stay so much more enjoyable. The pools and beach were great and never crowded. Definitely would go back!

Due to experience and memories of the princess about ten years ago and last stay we must say that has changed a lot, the cleanliness and the rooms were impeccable, but the food was teribely organized and tasteless the rudeness of the staff needs a little touch up. But above all we will never fly sunwing. On the way back there was no food left to buy but above all the stewards were rued and the service was terrible no coffe or soft drinks was served even when asked for, and the flights were late by hour and half both ways. In short these two are out of our list.

The grounds are beautiful, staff is welcoming and professional, rooms are clean, food is very good and security is tight. There’s either a buffet or a la carte dining, depending on which of the three resorts you’re hanging at. Kudos to Melina for the room upgrade, Leopoldo for the great breakfast buffet service, Sunwing rep José for his kindness and knowledge, and Isabel at the Beach Bar at the Princess. Would definitely come back. Thanks for a great vacation!

What a great 7 days.Everything was 5 stars. We got to meet the food and beverage and hotel manager.Top class people and their staff represented them see you in March for another awesome vacation... THANKS SO MUCH.

The beach was increasible when it was not completely full. And the pools were also very nice. The food was amazing. But the major downside of this trip that kind of spoiled it was the service. The majority of the staff there did not speak English and therefor it was increadible difficult to order anything as well as ask for anything more. When we tried to make a reservation at a restaurant for the next day, they lost our reservation and made us wait an hour more for an available table despite the restaurant being nearly empty. When we did manage to get a table, it took almost an hour to get our entree while many tables who arrived much later than us got served almost right away. Furthermore, this does not only apply to a specific restaurant but to all, every time we ordered something, they would often get it wrong and bring out the wrong order as well as serving us around 10 minutes apart. And whenever we asked for more drinks, they would never bring them out again. We would often see them at the counter or the servers never bothered to come back with more coffee or wine. This trip stayed off on a bad note when the hotel lost our reservations and made us wait almost 2 hours for them to find them. This hotel however is lacking in entertainment despite having a very large stage on the premises. There isn’t very much to do at the hotel. An annoy aspect of this vacation was signing a receipt every time you ordered something despite having a colored wrist band indentifying who was an all inclusive cliente. Lastly, Acapulco is a truest breath taking city and if you do get the chance to visit, do try the city tour. Our tour guide was an old man who was born when the town was only 50,000 people and therefor got the chance to see it expand. If you do book the tour, book it with Jose at Pierre as Ernesto was not a great representative.

The hotel was gorgeous and the food was excellent. However about half the vacation was spent waiting around. The hotel lost our reservations when we got there and therefor had to wait an hour and a half. When we had made a reservation for a restaurant, they lost it and made us wait an hour for an available table, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. During this meal, we waited 45 minutes for our food, only to receive a tiny bowl with 3 prices of lettuce claiming to be the chefs special. It took another 30 minutes for our entres. Next the service was awful. They would often never event bring out our food or drinks and when they did, it was usually the wrong thing as well as being served around 10 minutes apart. Furthermore every time you ordered something, you were forced to wait to sign a receipt despite being all inclusive resort. This hotel also advertises as having 6 restaurant however on the Monday night they only had one open which was a reservable one. When we when there to eat, they only had a few Ireland available on the menu as they had run out of everything else. Ont he positive side, we were very happy with the restaurant at the princess called Tavola. The food was excellent as was the service. The hotel resort was lacking activities and entertainment despite having a large stage. Acapulco is a very nice city and if you get the chance to go please try the city tour excursion. However do try to book it with Jose at prière and not with Ernesto who’s at the princess and resort. He was an awful sunwing representative.

Felt more like a 5 star(not our room which Could have used some reno) hotel,that got into the All inclusive business to level their income. 2 of the restaurants had items that were not included in the All inclusive deal, and you had to pay separately to get them(I.e lobster) which I never saw elsewhere. Beautiful grounds, pools, food top notch(Mexico never fails in this category), amazing beach but sea is wavy so not good for swimming. Had some great walks on the beach and dipped in the ocean but the flag was always red so not swimmable. highly recommend the Italian restaurant on site. We only went in the city for the cliff diving show in the evening, and saw some scary police man and not too many tourists. Were advised to be cautious and honestly beside a walk in full dailight to Walmart and the night show at the diving show we never left the grounds(very well protected from the entrance to the area to the grounds).

This is an amazing hotel with modern amenities, great food in many varieties. The recreation pool areas are clean and well-planned, the promenade area is amazing for the evening strolls. The restaurants are very nice, especially Mizumi with its variety of Japanese food. All in all, these were 7 days in near paradise )))

We were a little leery of going to Acapulco as it has not had the best press reviews in a few years, but we were impressed from the time we got off the plane until we left. It didn't seem any different from the same drive in Los Cabos or Cancun. The resort was huge and beautifully maintained. The rooms were large and the views were really nice no matter where your room faced. There were no problems with the beds or pillows .The bathroom had double sinks and the water pressure was fine. All the workers we met were very nice. There was no place at the resort where a host would not go to get you a drink or food and return with a smile. We actually felt good leaving tips as they were well earned. Probably the only down side of whole place was the lack of English speakers. Very few people spoke it, which led to a few animated discussions. Then again it's their country, maybe we should learn more Spanish. I think this city has worked hard to change its image and I would highly recommend it as a resort destination. That being said, we never left the resort as it had everything we needed for a great weeks stay.

This hotel was very clean and organized. There are 2 buffets. If there is not one open overlooking the beautiful beach, there is one open for breakfast or lunch in the airconditioned restaurant by the pools. Dinner can also be served in teh open lobby with dancing afterwards. Food was plentiful and there is a menu to order from if you can't find what you like. There was pool and beach service and the staff were always helpful whether you tipped or not, but please tip them! The rooms were very nice, beds comfortable, very clean, sheets changed daily. There was entertainment 6/7 nights and you are steps away from the streets of Acapulco. It is very safe to go for a walk as there is military and security everywhere. Only suggestion is that they have a bar open after hours. Drinks are offered from 11-11 so you have to stock up before the lobby bar closes. Miguel, the pool guy was wonderful and taught our group of 5 a lot about Mexican culture and life. Thanks Lynn Fisher for helping to create great memories with my family.

Hotel room was super clean hotel was beautiful and stuff were so kind and very wall organise. Over all me and my husband were very happy about it choice and we been already recommend to all our friends and family.

We were very happy with this vacation. We have been on several 4 star Mexican resorts over the last 20 years and this one was a notch above the others. The service was excellent the beach was fabulous. The food is great. The room was clean Etc we have nothing bad to say

The hotel is definitely older, but very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Unlike other parts of Mexico virtually none of them spoke English, but were patient with us as we tried to communicate in broken Spanish. The airport was something else. No on spoke English and there is no computerized system for boarding passes. The agents literally walked around the very small airport calling out names for travellers who where not in the boarding area. We had a number of seniors that required wheelchair service, this took them across the tarmac but they still had to get themselves up the stairs of the plane. We love Acapulco and will definitely go back, you can't beat the weather.

Very safe, do not be afraid to go here. This resort was extemely clean and had the best food of any place I have ever been. Drinks were great too. The staff and service was exceptional. This would be a great place for people with little kids. I don't think teenagers would have enough to do, though. Long beach to walk with the most amazing feeling sand (can't really describe it as I have never felt anything like it. I have been to Huatulco, Puerto Vallarta, Playa Del Carmen, the Mayan, Cuba, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Roatan, Vietnam, the Philippines, and this beach was my favourite). The undertow is very strong so be careful, but saying that, the waves were so fun and the lifeguards are quick to come get anyone in trouble. Drinks are served to other guests after 11:00, but not Sunwing guests without you paying. Our oceanview room was very large and well layed out and the view was awesome. The rooms are really not that bad, but could be updated, I've seen worse in newer hotels than this, but there is no fridge, but the front desk put our leftovers in their fridge twice for us. I was told that this is the oldest hotel in Acapulco. My only complaint was the size of the beds. We asked, but did not get, a king size bed, and that's ok, except I would have expected 2 queens. The beds were small doubles. We had the same kind on our trip in China recently. We are not big people, but even we found it too cramped and chose to sleep separately most of the time :(. But we LOVED this place anyway and have decided, that for the money and quality of this hotel and the location, that this will be our anuual spot. This is saying alot! We have never been to the same location in the world twice as we like to see other places. Because of the price for this place it now allows us to visit a couple places a year. The hotel complex was lovely, inside and out. Service was awesome, drinks and food were as expected. The buffet was fine (limited and repetitive at times) the restaurants much better... The resort is a hotel first and all inclusive second, so you have to sign for all drinks and food, even when wearing a wrist band. Coffee was only available at a Starbucks on the premises at an additional charge. The resort was only 25% full when we arrived on the Wednesday, till the weekend when locals from Mexico City arrived in bus loads (I loved the break in the quiet routine, mingling and people watching). Sunday afternoon it was back to normal, where we had the run of the beach and three beautiful pools, seemingly to ourselves. A perfect mix :) 4 Stars - loved the city of Acapulco!

We loved everything about the hotel,fantastic service,really nice oceanfront room,beautiful beach,delicious meals and friendly staff,nice and quiet and very relaxing.can't wait to go back!!!!!! We had nice music to serenade us at breakfast in the mornings,great to have all e restaurants outside,only the Italian restaurant where we had. To reserve was inside. Beautiful weather,not one drop of rain.They even reserved the palapas for us every day,

This was my 3rd year in a row staying at the Emporio, the great part about it is the service. Private cabanas at the beach are included and the service is great, food and drinks bought to you all day. The staff go out of their way to help you and are always working hard to service visitors. My family and I have loved stayed at Emporio, but this year we did have some service issues with check-in. Right away I noticed something was different and found out that management changed. Cesar is the new manager and he lacks service skills, he has no appreciation for efficiency in the check-in process after a long day of travelling. There were 8 people in my party, with 4 room reservations and Cesar made the check-in process frustrating and lengthy. Then when I was not happy and found out he was the manager I was shocked. He has such poor mannerisms and seemed incompetent. I literally watched him click on a keyboard for 20 min and he still couldn't answer where my rooms were. If the resort were full of people like Cesar I would never return, but the other staff are amazing. Raul and Javier by the pool, Alexandro and Felix at the beach cabanas. Marlon cooking eggs every morning, and Giovanni serving the restaurant at night. Everyone is so happy and friendly and will go out of their way for you - except Cesar. Sadly I saw other "supervisors" actually sleeping while working. The frontline staff work so hard to keep customers happy and coming back and Cesar's management is ruining this. I will go back again though because the staff we deal with every day is so amazing.

If there is one great reason to visit the Crowne Plaza it is because the staff is so friendly, so accommodating and so quick to respond to requests! The place is clean....rooms, dining, public areas. The food is delicious. It was my 3rd visit and I hope to be back again.

Resort was a great value for the money! The rooms, lobby, pool and restaurants are clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the open air restaurant was closed for renovations. The service around the pool and in the restaurants is great!! It does get busier on the weekends because locals come for weekend getaways. The only negative thing about this hotel is that the streets around the hotel are busy and dirty, but if you are looking for a great value for your money this is the place to go.

This Hotel was very Clean. Staff was very good and very helpful, Pools clean and lots of fun. areas at the pools Dining and food was good with lots of choice. The Music in the open area was little to loud in the evenings It is better to be in the rooms 10 floors up or higher as it is a bit loud at night time. I do enjoy the Band and it was good and lots of fun dancing

My husband and I recently spent a week at the Hotel Emporio and it was a wonderful vacation! The rooms were beautiful and clean with comfortable beds and include a balcony looking out to the ocean. There was great food that's available all throughout the day and great staff that would serve us poolside. The three different pools are all beautiful and I found the resort easy to navigate. It is overall a very classy hotel- they didn't cheap out on any of the details and it made the vacation that much greater!

Crown Plaza is a 3 to 4 star resort. Location is very good and the hotel and grounds are clean. I had no hot water for the week and ice machines were not working on any floor. ( ice can be found at the bar) Evening entertainment is poor and meals are repetitive. On weekends the locals from Mexico City fill the hotel so it gets crowded. I still feel it was good value.

We spent 7 days at Las Brisas in a private pool suite that overlooked Acapulco Bay. It was so pretty at night when you could see all the lights across the water. It was so private being on the side of the hill as well. Having done beach vacations before, we decided that a pool would be ok. Well it was more than ok, it was so nice to wander the streets of Acapulco (felt very safe, even took public transit) then come back to our casita and take a dip in the pool. It can be kind of chilly at night but after a day in the sun it is oh so refreshing. Although it is not all-inclusive, you are near a Wal-Mart and another grocery store and it really ends up being less expensive. We ate at the beach club restaurant which also had the best views and delicious food! Weather is guaranteed everyday to be sunny! Could not have asked for a better vacation, definitely need to go back!

clean good size room amazing panorama view! even when ling on bed .the all area of hotel including beach pools food elevators 100 per cent clean. people arriving or living in good order manner, not disturbing! the hotel needs a good chef.

Rooms were excellent! Views amazing! Grounds well maintained! Service personnel were extremely helpful! Food was satisfactory! Beach access superb! Lacking in on site entertainment to satisfy all ages! Pool facilities were lovely and well designed!

Very friendly staff and a very nice clean resort. We had a great time at Emporio Acapulco. The only problem is that there is a lack of young people, me and my girlfriend are in our mid 20s and we felt that we were the only people from north America in the whole city in this age group. Acapulco is very safe, people need to stop being ignorant and check out this amazing place for themselves.

The staff was very friendly the rooms were decent but I wouldn't go back there was not much to do only one pool and they had a lot of rules. Also the resort is more for couples and older people there was no one my age

This was a fun vacation, lots of dancing after dinner, to good dance music. The hotel is kept nice and clean. The room we stayed in was very clean and cleaned well during our stay. The beautiful king size pillows were uncomfortable so we borrowed pillows from our friend room. Excellent customer service. Travel friends had a miner issue with their room, immediately correction was made by the front desk. Variety of tasty food, Italian pastas with different sauces were available. Professional wait staff. Good organization in the dinning rooms. It was refreshing to swim in the nice pool. It was a good vacation.

At check in we waited over an hour in the lobby without even being offered a drink of water because the could not find our reservation. We had mold running across the walls in our bathroom, and a very strong odor. Also the hot tub was empty and out of order the entire week. This was not a 3.5 - 4 star hotel.

While the weather is absolutely fabulous in Acapulco, The Park Royal proved to be somewhat disappointing. A very clean resort but very tight for space. Food was lacking, not even to the standard we got in Cuba ( No Bacon for breakfast and the selection at the buffet was the same for every meal, every day ). The private beach is exactly that. Don't expect to for a walk. There were no shows in the evening and very few activities during the day. We were hoping to use the fitness center but they wanted 50 pesos every time we entered. Our room for the 3 of us was extremely small and had no fridge, coffee maker, or bar. In town the exchange rate for $1 CDN to pesos was 1:13 but the resort only offers 1:10. Three different sites each gave this resort a different star rating ( 3.5, 4 & 4.5 ) but in all honesty I would only rate this resort at a 2.5 ( 3 at best ). We will definitely go back to Acapulco but not to this resort.

The ground of the hotel was awsome. Beautiful view from each part of the resort. Room - very clean, good variety of food, coffee not so good, personnel nice, and helpful, beach very clean, nice with excellent view on the Bay of Acapulco but very short not for walking. Great selection of trips. I would go there again :)
