Excellent and high quality service at front reception. Arrived and requested upgrade and got it! Great to see a family friendly resort with amenities on premises and in beautiful Marina Village in Atlantis, New Providence. Intend to revisit The Cove. Especially for dining experiences at FISH by Jose Andres.

Everything about the Royal was 5/5 the food, grounds, staff, beach!! The rooms were a bit dated but very clean. Food was amazing on the expensive side but very worth it! We had an amazing time. Would highly recommend

The grounds of Atlantis are spectacular. The pictures of the resort do not show how beautiful it really is .Truly a trip of a lifetime.The staff are wonderful and the food delicious.The view of the marina is unbelievable.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Atlantis Royal. Nicole at the front desk at Atlantis was super friendly and she looked after us from the minute we checked it. The resort had so much to offer for adults and children it was superb. Tammy at trip central was so wonderful and accessible at all times! This was one of the best trips we have taken

Great resort, very high end design and attention to details went into the construction. Was built in 1998 I believe so its age is noticeable in the rooms, we stayed in the west tower of the Royal, room smelled musty/moldy but again I believe this is due to age not cleanliness because the entire resort is quite tidy. The Aquaventure park is second to none and the Cove beach and Pools nearest the cove are outstanding. All in all great trip and hassle less thanks to the staff. AL

Everything was amazing. Minus a few minor details -the spa could have been better, there was no bath robe in the room, and we were sent on the wrong excursion by the guest service agent working there. The beach, pool and staff were amazing!

It was very nice hotel, and everything was fine , just we didn’t know that the resort activity is closed at 5 pm and from 5pm we didn’t know what to do fo kids, after 2,3 days we noticed there is movie for kids and,... if we knew about hotels facility more before our trip we could enjoy more when we were there,

Amazing resort just lacks live entertainment at night. Also a all inclusive option would be a overall better experience. Overall the resort layout was very good it would recommend the royal to any other couple looking to stay here.

We were totally happy about The Royal at Atlantis. The service was great. The staffs responded to your request in minutes. The Royal is close to Aquaventure, which is great. A little bit far from the beach, but not too far to complain about. You can save money for not buying meal package. Food are expensive but understandable!!!

The resort was fantastic but I found the hotel (Royal) somewhat falling apart. We were forced to switch rooms 3 times due to water leaking in our bathroom. I notice signs of wear and tear everywhere. This hotel is not a 5 star in my opinion. I regret buying the dining package. I discovered that additional charges not authorized were put on my visa, on the minibar and I was charged for meals that were suppose to be covered under my plan. It was a great adventure but the hotel itself was a huge disappointment.

Horrible Service, Horrible Rooms We had to upgrade to the Cove as the room that we were placed in smelled like smoke. My kids ended getting sick. This hotel doesnt meet my standards nor should it meet Tripcentrals.

Atlantis is an excellent resort all around . great food options, beach access, friendly staff and an abbundance of activities - will keep any traveller occupied during their stay. Located within a five minute drive from downtown naussau, those who wish to go off resort can do so with ease .

Atlantis is a massive resort with lots to see and do. We stayed at the Beach Towers which was slightly dated but clean and suited us just fine. The All-inclusive package has limits to where you can eat as well as what you can eat. We found this a tad bit challenging as you really needed to get to know the 'approved' locations as the staff were not very helpful when we explained we were with the Sunwing All-inclusive package. We ended up getting charged for some items that we had not realized were 'off-menu' and not included. As long as you are careful, you will be fine. The waterpark was amazing and almost always busy - lots of fun though, especially the rapid river! Food was good too and we never went hungry. Incredible aquariums and marine life to view all over the resort. Checked out Aura one night - ladies in free and $25 for men. Fun music and dancing. Had a great time!

The hotel/resort stay was amazing. Staff of hotel was very help. Amenities were too much to cover 😊👍 Food was of great taste and huge selection. Comfort of room was good, we got daily maid service. My family enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is clean and has excellent daily cleaning staff. The grounds, pools and beach area are beautiful and kept clean. The customer service is amazing. So much to do for families and couples. Definitely a good resort choice for both

We have been to Atlantis several times, and every time we go, I have that "pinch me" feeling. The grounds, the food, the atmosphere, is all top notch. There is so much to do, the kids are always entertained, and are able to take part in activities such as getting in the water with sting rays, and small sharks to feed them. They also fed Sea Turtles. Amazing experiences for them. There are too many pools to choose from, you could go to a different one each day. The resort is walkable, even with three children in tow. Our housekeeper was amazing, even checking in before bed to make sure we had all we needed. I cannot say enough good about this resort, just amazing, and keeps getting better.

This resort was everything that we expected. Very nice. The only negative thing was that We found some of the female employee's were not as friendly as you would expect. Food was great lots of choices for all budgets. Beach was very nice, water park was very good, you were never bored lots to do.

The Good: 1. Resort with Good number of Activities 2. Courteous Staff The Bad: 1. Flt Delay by over two hours 2. Too much wait time at the transfer from Airport To Hotel because of insufficient bus 3. 1 hour wait at the registration and line up was not even that long (Slow and insufficient number of staff) 4. Return Transfer instruction not properly provided ( A flyer with an attached chit with instruction. Half the people missed) 5. Not many restaurant choices in Sunwing all inclusive. Even the one that were part of SunWing all inclusive were either permanently closed ( SeeGrapes) or temporarily closed 6. Everything super duper expensive - you are screwed if its not all inclusive 7. Everything concentrated near Royal tower and if you are at Beach tower then its a long trek everyday multiple times a day. 8. Because everything near Royal tower - everything is super crowded all the time

ALL-INCLUSIVE: Sunwing has a pretty good racket going with their "4 day" all-inclusive Atlantis package. For starters, the flight times for their air charter are strategically set so that it is not possible to enjoy resort amenities or have a meal (or any food or drink for that matter) on the day of arrival or day of departure. This effectively reduces a 4 day all inclusive to 3 days. Secondly, the onus is on the guest to know what restaurants they can go to and, more importantly, what they can order from those restaurants that is included or not included. The resort workers don't seem to have a good handle on this, and all food & drink is charged to the room then taken off your tab if it meets the criteria for the all inclusive. On the positive side, the criteria for the all-inclusive seemed to be much less restrictive in practice than what the written materials actually indicated. For example, it was stated that only fountain soda and juices and domestic beer were included, yet we were able to enjoy and not pay extra for bottled drinks like Gatorade for the kids and imported beer for the adults. FLIGHT: On the trip down, our flight was delayed 3 1/4 hours. Instead of landing at 9:40 pm Sunday evening, we landed just before 1:00 am Monday morning. We arrived at the hotel shortly before 2:00 am and waited close to an hour to check in. When we finally made it to our room, it was 3:00 in the morning. Travelling with two small children, you may imagine how unpleasant this was, not to mention how it cut into enjoyment of day 1 of our 3 day all-inclusive. ROOM: Perhaps to make up for our delayed arrival, or perhaps because the rooms in the Beach Tower were all filled by the time we arrived, we were upgraded to a Beach Tower villa. Rather than being situated in the large 7-story building, we were set up in one of the two story walkup buildings. The room itself was adequate, nothing special, but it was great to be able to just walk out the door and be outside vs having to walk down a long, dark corridor and wait for an elevator. FOOD: We were pleasantly surprised at the food, all of which was delicious. The Sunwing all-inclusive restaurant selection for breakfast was limited to one buffet (Poseidon's Table) and one a la carte (Murray's Deli). We tried the buffet on day 1 and ate at Murray's on day 2 and 3. The Biggan's BLT at Murray's was fantastic. Dinner selections were a bit broader with the addition of two more restaurants, the Beach Burger Shack and a pizzeria, but we ate all three dinners at the buffet, which had a huge variety of items of decent quality. Lunch options were numerous and we enjoyed some delicious wraps and salads. RESORT AMENITIES: Atlantis has quite a bit to offer but our party was able to enjoy most of the included offerings in our short time there...tried all of the water rides (there are only eight plus the two lazy rivers), enjoyed the Beach Tower pool and beach, snorkelled in the lagoon (highly recommend this if you like snorkelling), worked out in the fitness centre, saw a movie at the theatre, won some money at the casino, and toured a good number of the amazing aquariums. OVERALL: After getting off to a poor start, we did end up having a very nice vacation. Is Atlantis good value for the money? Not really. We paid almost the same for three days that we have paid elsewhere in the Caribbean for seven days, with similar quality food and nicer accommodations. Would we go back? No, but it was nice to experience Atlantis and all that it has to offer.

All aspects of the hotel met or exceeded our expectation. Not always an easy thing to do when you have 2 teenagers travelling with you as well. The grounds and staff were incredible. Also, there was an unlimited number of activities so the whole family was always entertained

We did the Sunwing all inclusive booked through trip central. There were less dinner restaurant options than we expected but it still worked for us. The resort is beautiful and the food and drinks are amazing.

The grounds at this resort are great. Perfect for travelling with children! The resort is quite large so lots of walking but the shuttle buses made an easy ride when the kids are too tired. Rooms in beach tower dated but everything was clean. The hospitality rooms close at 5pm which doesn't work for a late flight. Staff was kind and helpful. Food in most restaurants is average and buffet is the same every day.

This is a great resort for people of all ages. There is so much to do and see that you can stay busy without ever leaving. The staff are all great, everything is always clean and the food is amazing. The water park has something for everyone!

My sister and I had a fabulous time at the atlantis. Room was great cascino was great staff were great. But the weather was not. We had a great holiday! The cascino was a great option when the weather was not the best. The aquarium was the most beautiful fish I have ever seen.

Visited Atlantis from Dec 5th to Dec 15th 2016, we booked through trip central which we were very happy with the service and would book again with them. The resort was beautiful! The grounds are clean and the staff was very friendly. Our room was alittle dated, but clean. The beach was awesome and we enjoy every day of our family vacation. Everyone we encountered on the island was friendly and happy to assist if you had any questions or concerns. The food is alittle over priced but we didn't mine, The water park is gorgeous and so much fun! We will revisit in the future as its a dream vacation!

Was in in Nassau from Dec 5th to Dec 15th , stayed at the beach towers at Atlantis, the resort was beautiful and the staff was so nice! The beach is beautiful, and the pools were awesome too! Will revisit in the future and trip central was great to book with!

The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are well kept and most of all the staff is amazing. Very polite always greeting you and going the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. This is my second visit at Atlantis and I am never disappointed. The only con it's very expensive at the resort. We ate out most of the time love the Bahamian food. I will give the resort 4 1/2* only because everything is expensive. I was charged $14 for a bottle of water not knowing the water was not complimentary in my room.

The Atlantis is the best of the best.. It has something for everyone. No matter how old. Hotel staff go out of there way to make your stay enjoyable. I've been here 4 times and still can't get enough..

Just got back from a quick 4 day getaway to the Atlantis Resort in Nassau Bahamas. The resort was everything we hoped it would be. Most people that we talked to were return guests and we could see why. The resort was very well taken care of. Very very friendly staff and very easy to figure things out. The included Wine n Dine Pass was very much appreciated and got used as well. Overall I would not recommend to others to do the all inclusive option as we saved a ton buying our own meals. The food options were fairly plentiful and easily available. The casino and night club were both terrific and a lot of fun. The aquaventure pools/waterslides and lazy river were incredible whether child or adult. The beach options were great with several to choose from. Overall quite satisfied with the resort. We will be going back.

Atlantis is a great place to go lots to do in the water park. Lots to to see and do on the resort itself. Food was good but pricey. Depending on where you stay there is not many places for breakfast. One thing I wasn't impressed with was to use a Canadian credit card some places want a copy of your driver licence. Which I was not to willing to do due to possible identity thief.Some places just looked at your ID to make sure you were the card holder. Which I had no problem with but making a copy of it no way.

Resort, service, amenities and especially the people were exceptional!!! I recommend Atlantis to be on everyone's bucket list!!! The beach tower, while a little dated, was very clean and comfortable. Just be sure to get the water view as the terrace view is just looking at the conference centre rooftops and quite ugly.

We booked last July with Trip central to go to the Atlantis in Bahamas for 7 nights from begining to end we felt the support and the kindness of all the people we deal with. The resort wow, 5 stars is low for what I will guve nice costumer service care about your family all the time and make sure you feel on vacation. it was very depressing to see the Bahamas from that angle. i always dreamed of going there and maybe this is why i am more disappointed because of my high expectation. The beach tower is more a 3 stars hotel max, old, smelly. TV wasn't hooked broken glass table on the balcony. semi view of the beach. swimming pool water isn't very clean seagulls are everywhere (sure we cannot complain about it we are next to the ocean, but the dropping is in the water like it or not) I really wanted to walk on the sandy beach and was not happy to see trash around me (not a commercial like picture ) straws, bottles, cans even cloth washed off to shore. went on slide with husband, thank god i didn't insist on my boys to go, we both fell scratched knees and elbows got really infected by the time we got back home. the bottom of swimming pool was harsh. i should say i loved the lazy river thus maybe it is me but slides are not that much of a fun. even kids refused to go in it but they enjoyed the pool however loved their beds (i should say beds are comfortable better than Caesar's palace in Las Vegas) and of course they loved the tv shows and the free internet. we didn't go to fancy gourmet, but we did eat out next to the pool and at the harbor village the plat is huge and it is not very expensive as other reviews mentioned however it is burgers, pizza, fast food menu that kids prefer. we were given water bottle coupon that we used and it was enough (the receptionist was nice and gave us extra) water is drinkable (i know i did drink it and still alive :P) however it taste funny and even shower water smells a little funny. went downtown and it was a nice trip but people in general are very rude specially females ...????... around the resort the staff is mostly friendly (specially house maid i loved them they are very nice) some are rude as well. trip in the boat 4$ per person not a fancy boat but it did the job. it felt more like a camping vacation for me. we did enjoy the pool as i said but bottom line we will not go Bahamas again . airline was great .west jet. very friendly clean and nice no problem there. transportation from and to hotel feels like you are in farmers market and you are the potato sac. drivers are nice and we did tip them

Beautiful weather, scenery, immaculate landscaping, pools and beaches. My kids and I enjoyed the pools, beaches and went for a snorkelling trip which was fantastic. The food and service was excellent and lots to do.

Food is Great People are Womderful ... Wish that they would have a better Breakfast . Lunch . Dinner Plan also a better Entertaiment for Family at Night ...More Activities at the Pool . More exercise routine for People ... More live DJ and not to add Gratuity to the Bills instead .. We Prefers giving Tips to the Person that Tips us...

Great Vacation at Atlantis. This is our 6th time at this resort. We love it and it is great for families. There is so much to do. The one thing we noticed was not all the water slides were open and not as much staff. Other than that our stay was great as usual. The marina was full of beautiful boats and so much shopping to do. Great stay at Atlantis. Stay in the Royal Tower, it is close to everything!

We stayed at the Beach Tower. Great location if you want the beach. The room was clean but definatrly needs upgrading. Hallway and room smelled musty. I would rate it a 3 star only because they were clean. We didnt use the water provided in our room as it was expensive. Went out to the market and bought our own. The hotel charged us $15 US for using their water bottles even though we talked to 2 of the cleaning staff and front desk and were assured we wouldnt be charged. The bottles we bought were the coca cola brand dasani water which is the same as they put in the rooms. Even though the 2 original bottles were in the room the cleaning staff still charged us so really check your bill.

This was our second vacation at Atlantis and we love the experience at Paradise Island. You feel very safe and the staff is wonderful. We had a few complaints about the TV unit in our room as well as one night without hot water and the hotel gave us a substantial compensation upon check out. Great for families or couples.

We went away for a 5 day trip to Atlantis and stayed in Beach Tower. We did our research and knew exactly what to expect. The room was clean and comfortable. We knew how much we would be spending for food ahead of time so we had no surprises. The food was AMAZING - some of the best we have ever had! The staff was always friendly - you didn't pass anyone who wouldn't give you a high five on the way by or at the very least say good day. We will definitely be back (this time for a longer stay!)

We just returned from a trip to The Paradise Atlantis Hotel in the Bahama's. The resort is beautiful, amazing for children of all ages as they have the Marina and Waterpark plus the beach and the locals were all amazingly friendly.The down side is we found the food prices to be extremely high unless you are on an unlimited budget.

Returning in Feb, do not listen to any bad reviews. Do go prepared to spend quite alot on food or pack plenty of snacks. Beautiful resort, wonderful staff. So much to do (casino, pools, waterpark, the dig) and see. Best vacation so far.

The resort is beautiful with an abundance of things to see and do. The service is amazing throughout the entire resort and the selection & quality of the food was great. We definitely plan on returning in the future.

The trip was perfect and seamless. We enjoyed everything from starting in Ottawa until Nassau and home again. The flight, transfers and hotel was amazing. The atlantis hotel was beautiful and so much to do. Very friendly too!! Thank you tripcentral.

The Atlantis resort has it all! Beautiful beaches, nice pools, amazing restaurants (OLIVES is a must), casino, marina. The rooms in the beach tower could use some updating but were very clean and suited our needs.

The best way to describe this giant resort is if Disneyworld and Las Vegas had a baby, it would be Atlantis! The Royal Tower and all the grounds and attractions are a feast for the eyes! And the food at the Mosaic Buffet is AMAZING! The turquoise clear waters truly rejuvenate the soul!

If you're looking for a great family resort for children of ALL ages, Atlantis is for you! There's something for everybody, rain or shine! Everything from lazy rivers, to super speed water park, to exquisite beaches. Food selection is terrific and they have something for even the most selective individuals.

This is our 5 th time going to Atlantis. We love this resort. There is so much to see and do here and it never gets old. The aquarium is fantastic. There is so many different species living in there. We snorkelled the ruins in the tank and that was an awesome experience. The marina has so many beautiful yachts on the docks. They always have a live band at night, it's always a lively show. The water park has so many fun slides and the lazy river is so much fun! This is not your typical lazy river it has a water rapids built in.

I think it was good but the food prices where a little high for what we where getting . we had trouble with the flight but even with that west jet maid sure to save are trip . we still had a good time

I stayed at the Royal Tower with my three sons (ages 4, 7, 9). It was a great location for them as it was the closest to the water slides and marine life. They truly loved looking at the impressive collection of fish, sharks, rays, eels, etc. I found my hotel room to be comfortable enough, however it didn't meet my expectation in cleanliness. It really bothers me when there is hair on the pillow at check-in. The staff were so friendly! My 9 year old said he thinks the nicest people in the world live in the Bahamas. Food was very expensive, especially for the quality. I understand that they need to import all their food and subsidsize the cost of maintaining the aquatic life, but to be honet, I would rather pay more up front than get an additional huge bill at the end. For my family, who are pretty small eaters, we ran $1000 in food for 3 days (we did not eat at the hotel on arrival or departure days). I had a glass of wine at each evening with dinner, but otherwise, the bill was strictly for our food. Overall, I did enjoy Atlantis. I felt very safe traveling as a mom of three. Not once did I feel concerned for my safety or that of my children, which is always a top priority for me when travelling on my own with my kids.

Amazing resort, there are no words that can describe this place. It's like no other resort on earth. The beaches are unbelievable. The pools at the resort are incredible and there are so many to choose from. If you have kids, it's a must... Forget Florida, go to Bahamas. It's better in the Bahamas!!!

Except the beds the hotel was fabulous. The mattresses were not very comfortable. The room had nice harbor view. The carpets could be a little cleaner. The hotel lobby was fantastic. The pools were gorgeous and of course the Aquaventure park was the best.

We stayed at the Atlantis Coral Tower and it is one of the older parts of the Atlantis resort, housing the convention centre for business functions. Great value for your money. Although this part of the hotel was not 'fancy' it certainly was clean and covered all needs. Note - it's about a 10 min walk to casino and pool area. Would also caution guests that are opposed to 'smoke smell' ... this is a hotel where smoking is still allowed and there is no running away from the lingering smell. The waterpark is a blast and the kids had so much fun. If you have kids that are 10+ years old, its very safe for them to play around without continuous supervision as there are many lifeguards on duty. Be very prepared over-inflated prices for food and drinks ... like $10 for a hotdog! I've seen inflated hotel pricing for food but this experience takes the cake as we were never able to each a meal (like lunch for 2 adults and 3 kids) for under $100US.

Atlantis is an amazing resort - huge! It is probably one of the most family friendly resorts in the Caribbean, because of the giant waterpark! There are lots of adult-only entertainment options too. Be prepared to walk, as it is very large - if you have mobility issues it will be a bit tiring to get around

Stayed in the Coral Towers. Went to the Atlantis for PokerStars tournament. Happy to say that we went out to enjoy the many beach areas and the water park. It was a blast! Tried snorkeling from the beach (waste of time), on a tour boat (okay) and at the lagoon at Atlantis on the last day (best of the snorkeling that week). The meals and drinks are very expensive on Paradise Island. We managed cost by bringing some food in our luggage and had some meals in Nassau. The ferry/water taxi doesn't follow any schedule and we spent time waiting for the boat to fill up but had fun and good food on the Nassau side. The staff at the hotel were all amazing. They helped with everything from changing the sheets or changing rooms, to giving directions and local advice. Everything was done with a friendly smile. We usually travel to all inclusive Caribbean destinations, so we found the meal billing and carrying room cards a little annoying, but the lovely facilities and grounds made up for it. Go for the waterpark and the smiling staff, not for the snorkelling.

Beautiful grounds, accommodations, weather and people. Excellent value as booked through TripCentral.ca. Our party of 4 from across the Province of Ontario met in Toronto the night before our flights, and the package provided coupons that we used to cover our preflight overnight and week of parking in Toronto. Staff at the Atlantis Resort including Babara (our housekeeper), bell captains, and our local informal tour guide helped us to have the experiences that we were looking for. First week of December was a great time to visit. The only disappointments were 1) that not all restaurants are open (understandable if it is low season), but that meant that some promotional coupons included from the resort went unused (eg, apps or drinks at various venues) as these restaurants were not open during our stay, and 2) multiple unsolicited, repeated approaches by some tenacious local vendors while relaxing at the beach.

Atlantis on Paradise Island was all that we thought it would be and more. Nice rooms at the Beach Tower and carefully maintained grounds and pools. The beach is also fantastic . Food and drink are high quality but on the pricey side as it is in any tourist destination. The staff goes above expectations as well and even upgraded us to an ocean view room at no charge. The only downside was that on the day of our departure there was no water in the resort and that made bathroom and showering efforts difficult. That would not deter me from visiting again though!

Royal Tower is amazing. Great place to enjoy a family vacation....fun filled resort for kids and adults. Shark Bites fast foods and snacks are not that expensive at the pool area (burger combo $10.00 + free refills). If you like chinese food, Double Dragon Restaurant will deliver after 6:00PM. There is a convenience store (4lt bottled water $2.25) and Duty Free Shop (24 cans beer $40.00) nearby. Also, Dunkin Donuts is in the same shopping area which is a good place to have an early coffee and breakfast.

I took my 3 yr old and my 4 yr old, they had a blast. the adults loved it as well. we decided we will comeback every year. great place for the kids. they looooooooooooooooved the lazy river. I think we went on it at least twice every day we were there.

My husband and I came to Atlantis for our honeymoon in June and had a wonderful time. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the people were so welcoming and friendly. So much to do and see!! Bobby Flay's restaurant was fabulous! And the marina is w great place to stroll and people-watch at night. We loved it and can't wait to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay.. In my opinion each tower is clean and the staff are wonderful.. I stayed at the beach tower and i loved it.. I am planning another trip in October and will probably stay there again. Just simply a wonderful resort.
