Nice to have two pools. Disney transport is always nice. Mighty Ducks building was quite far from lobby. All stars music transport was closer for us to walk to. Rooms were a fair size but could use a little updating.

We recently completed a 10-day stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark, and overall, our family had a wonderful time. The service was the standout highlight. A huge thank-you to Ariana at the front desk, who effortlessly accommodated us by quickly switching our room to a much quieter side of the property. The front desk even waived a portion of our resort fee unprompted, which was greatly appreciated.

Location is great and the pool area is wonderful. I prefer the space in the dolphin hotel. The one coffee shop shuts down before posted times which was annoying. For the price they charge and the $50 a day resort fee I would expect better amenities. I would stay at the dolphin over the swan for the location.

Incredible Hotel, walking paths, golf course, swimming pools, restaurants. The staff were amazing, the room was very clean, lovely, mattresses, furniture, views. Incredible holiday experience..the Christmas decorations and outdoor lighting were breathtaking.

The room was big, clean and shows wear. Great value for the price. Hotel has Disney park shuttle and breakfast included. Great location can walk to the outlets and quick Uber rides to most anything else. Would stay here again.

The location of this hotel is excellent—close to, or not too far from, everything you’d want to do in Orlando. The hotel itself is older. According to Business Travel News, it was built in 1980, and you can tell. We stayed in room 21107: the “2” refers to the tall tower on the property, and “1107” indicates the 11th floor, room 7. I believe the tower has a total of 14 floors. Internet – Very slow, or in other words, basically not working. We ended up using our Rogers “Roam Like Home” package and the personal hotspot on our cellphone to connect our laptops. That worked extremely well with no issues. Food – We never ate at the hotel. There are simply too many better options in the area. Convenience Store (The Market) – A great place for a Starbucks coffee. They have everything you might need for snacks and drinks, including beer and wine. They also offer salads, soup, hot subs, pasta, and chicken wings. We have Hilton Honors Gold status, which is why we chose this hotel. However, we’re not certain we would choose it again.

The hotel is outstanding. The staff are beyond excellent the lobby is excellent and very clean. The rooms are clean. Excellent well maintained the exterior is an excellent condition. The pool is amazing and I had a great time and I would highly recommend it and I would go back again.

The accommodations that I had at the Fairview, which we stayed at Springhill in Lake Buena Vista, Florida was outstanding. The staff is amazing. The grounds were totally out of this world. Everybody was friendly in every aspect of the way I highly recommend this hotel and I would more than likely stay at it again which I’ve already highly recommended it to my son.

The reviews are accurate. Beautiful lobby. Dark and damp hallways. We stayed on the 4th floor. Everything is clean but yes, the rooms are outdated and peeling headboards etc. Small bathrooms. But I feel like we got what we paid for (not a negative thing). No shuttles to Disney. No included breakfast. Paid parking. At times it felt like we were the only 'family' staying there as we only saw pilots checking in/out. Nice outdoor pool.

We recently stayed at The Holiday Inn Orlando Suites and overall had a good experience. Our room was clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel welcome and comfortable. That said, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The resort was undergoing construction during our visit, and our room was located in that section, which did slightly impact the overall atmosphere. The secondary pool was closed due to the construction, which was disappointing. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room didn’t seem to work properly — despite multiple adjustments, the temperature stayed around 74°F. Lastly, two of the main restaurants were closed for the majority of our trip, which limited our on-site dining options. The resort said this was due to it not being peak season (May). All of these things would have been nice to know prior too. That being said once the construction is complete, this is going to be an even more amazing and fun resort for families.

I would give this resort and my stay 2 star because as few things were a bit unpleasant during my stay. For example My room fan constantly made a loud noise everytime i turned it on during my stay and they did not fix it. One of the security guards at night was very abusive and disrespectful, I was not able to get his name as he was not wearing a name tag. During my stay I got a call from someone who told me that she worked at the resort” Karen” but when I asked the staff they said they have nothing to do with the timeshare. upon looking it up I found out a lot of innocent people fall for this scam and deceptive practices at the resort. There is no room service at all, you will need to clean your room and whatever you need you text them and you will get it in an hour or so. The room they advertised as double queen bed is double bed and it will literally sleep 1 person. The room does come with few essential amenities, like dishes fridge microwave. The pools were decent but unsupervised. Majority of the resort was clean and most of the people were friendly except for that one security guard who works at night.

The grounds are exquisite. So clean and well manicured.Pools are very clean. Food is great....the staff are the very best... An oasis.....the architecture is amazing, The walking trails are so great for early morning walks.

Great vacation at this lovely hotel resort. Everything was wonderful from the clean room with comfy bed and pillows to the large pool area with plenty of loungers and towels. I usually struggle to sleep at hotels as I find the pillows too thick but the beds had various thicknesses of pillows and 2 were perfect choices. I slept better here than at home. The staff was always friendly. Applebee’s on site is a plus. The only thing I would suggest they amend is to put a sign indicating the drive way entrance. The sign visible from the road is on the large property but past the entrance which results in missing the turn and at heavy traffic times it requires a bit of travel down the road to get turned around safely. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

One of the safest resorts i have visited. Staff members are extremely friendly. Lifeguards professionalism at the pool is outstanding. Resort was extremely clean. My family and I would stay there again

The room was clean and pleasant. Missed having a little freezer in the fridge. Dining room was well organized with a lovely variety. Pool and hot tub were nice and warm. Staff were competent and friendly.Would book again.

Staff were exceptional - friendly and helpful. The grounds were well-maintained. Quiet rooms, clean and beds very comfortable. The toiletries were good quality. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to be back again soon!

We stayed just three nights and wished it was longer. The hotel is very clean. Has a great location close to everything. Nice warm pool. The staff were all excellent! They helped us to celebrate a birthday and we were very pleased. The kids loved the arcade also. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this Hotel from August 12 to the 19th and upon checking in were informed that we had to pay an additional 25.00 USD per day to park on the property . We were not informed about these costs when booking the trip and upon closer review of their website very hidden under a category called Shops and Services discovered that parking is available for a fee but does not say how much. Very misleading and disappointing.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The grounds and pool are well kept, and the rooms are clean. There is a grocery store just on the other side of the resort, which is very handy. The buffet is enormous with quality selections. I would definitely visit again.

This hotel is a perfect place for vacation. My son loves the pool. We enjoyed our 5 nights stay with my friends . The receptionist was pleasant. I would like to thanks Shannon who helped us booked our tickets. She did a great job.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Meliá. We would definitely go back. The staff was amazing, the restaurant food was delish (the chefs were first class) and the grounds were beautiful. Can’t wait to visit again!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out! When we first walked into the lobby we were amazed by how beautiful it was. The rooms are nice and clean with large windows. There is multiple pools and hot tubs. All the restaurants within the hotel had delicious food! There was even a 24 hour store within the hotel that sold everything from snacks to pharmacy items. The golf course here was the nicest one I've ever been on. Staff were super friendly and we were even able to check-in early as our flight landed at 10:45AM. The hotel offers free shuttles to all the parks which was awesome. And the hotel is within close proximity to International drive and a bunch of other tourist attractions. We had a fantastic experience and we will come back here again.

Second time staying at this hotel It's everything you need for a one week vacation The smallest room is equipped with a washer and dryer. One bedroom. And a fully stocked kitchen with a stove. Oven. Dishwasher. Dish soap. Dishwasher liquid. Toaster. Microwave and more.. 2 nice pools. One of them is very large with a waterfall feature. And cabanas. And the restaurant is pretty good. You can walk to a grocery store (publix) not too far away. 15 to 20 minutes to disney parks. Around 20 dollars usd for a uber/left

We stayed at the Grove May 2024 and highly recommend it. We are a family of 5 with a child who has food allergies. Having a kitchen in the room was crucial to our stay. Having a dishwasher and washer & dryer was a big bonus. Our room was very clean, it was modern and very spacious. It comes as advertised. The rooms were either very well insulated or we had no neighbours, we were very surprised how quiet it was in the room. We read a lot of reviews and they all had good and bad things to say but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff at the entrance gate were very polite and courteous, always smiling and happy to see you. Someone came a few times during the week to change the garbage, the only complaint would be that they didn’t empty the bathroom garbage’s (only the kitchen one) but it really wasn’t that big of a deal. We were able to get more coffee, paper towels and toilet paper at the front desk when we ran out. There were always plenty of chairs at the pools, it never seemed crowded. Would definitely go back to the Grove. Thank you to our travel agent, Steve Langstaff for helping us book our stay.

Poorly maintained! Soap dispensers, lamp shades and multiple pieces of furniture broken. Limited body towels, no dish towels, two forks and a single cup available. Black mould throughout. Not ideal :(

Our flight arrived a couple of hours late into Orlando. After a very long evening, arriving at the hotel in the middle of night (about 4 am, the one thing we were looking forward to was our booked bed to crash on. Unfortunately, that was the last possible thing we could get! As I approached the check in area, I told the man my name and he said, you didn't show up so we gave your room away. We are all full and there are no rooms for you. I explained that we were booked for last night and our flight was late and, all the rest of the details of our flight from Toronto and he said you didn't call. (Of course, I didn't call, I was on an airplane trying to get here and my room was paid, ready to use when I arrived or so I naiveely thought!) We have no room for you. You will have to come back after 11 am. to try and get a room. Thankfully, we had rented a car so we had a place to nap until sun up! What a difficult start to our 3 day get away! Upon returning to the front desk for a second attempt later in the morning, I explained a little about the situation and the first thing the lady said was oh, you were a No Show. Again, I was shocked by the lack of customer service or concern for what had happened to us. Needless to say, there was still no room for us. Excellent hot, hot tub with a waterfall too.....certainly not worth the extra $40 per day resort fees though!

The resort does not offer shuttles to the parks, unlike all the other resorts. The resort fee is charged and then many activities require extra $. Smores were $4 as an example, again well travelled and never had to pay extra for so many of the activities and amenties. Room was dated. Washing machine wrecked our clothes. We tried to wash in 2 seperate laundry rooms and none were spinning or drying, staff informed but made it obvious they werent concerned. Also be aware some of resort is cashless but then several areas only accept cash??? Makes it confusing and as Canadians are cards didnt work at their cash registers so remember your id. Pools were nice. Restaurants were available.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 week. We enjoyed it very much. Very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful pool and amazingly nice staff. For my husband and son that are 6 feet tall, the shower head was very low and inconvenient. For us shorter people, we had no issues! It is situated 5 minutes walk from Disney Springs. This was very convenient for dinner. The only negative is the bus system to the parks. They are scheduled only 1 hour apart. For example, if you leave the park at 10:35 and the bus was for 10:30, you will have to wait 1 hour for the next bus at 11:30. After a long day at the parks this is a long wait. The bus system forgot us at Animal Kingdom one night and we waited over an hour and a half to get to the hotel. This should never happen. Kids were going crazy as they are all extremely tired. There was about 10 families just waiting not knowing when we will get to go to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel as everything else was great but the bus system needs to be rechecked,

First of all the beds are fantastic! So comfortable and the pillows are great too. Four pillows in every bed with a mix of firm and soft. So often hotel pillows can be like rocks-not here. They were so nice and soft yet full. The pool is the star of the resort. It feels like a hot tub and is the perfect way to soothe tired feel after a long day at the theme parks! There are also two hot tubs! This was my second stay and it won’t be my last!

Everyone was very friendly. Premises and the room very clean. Beds were comfortable Felt very safe . Central location to all attractions would recommend to adult and family travellers. Bonus to have restaurants and a store onsite.

The resort had excellent amenities for all pages. Pools were great and well kept. Rooms were clean. Our tub was not draining and maintenance was there to fix the issue in less than an hour. Bar staff was friendly and food was excellent

I took my grandson to Disney for a vacation and stayed here for a week. The room was great, the grounds were perfect. The pool was awesome, the only downside of this resort is that the breakfast cost $28 per person. I find that a little pricey for breakfast. Especially since my grandson was only 11 and I still had to pay $28 for him. One of the best things about this resort. It's within walking distance to Disney Springs.

Very clean rooms - surprisingly specious, somewhat old though. Sizeable fridge, daily room cleaning. Amazing staff, were very accommodating and polite. Walkable distance to SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove.

Top class one of the most update and luxury hotel in Orlando. We are sure to rent one of the cottages next time we visit. The food and the service was top notch. The easy walking access to the shopping and dining venues made almost not necessary to rent a car.

The Melia Celebration was very close to all attractions and was clean and well-kept. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant and took full advantage of the happy hour they offered. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The only complaint I had was the room wasn't made up until very late in the afternoon.

Wow! Where to begin? As we arrived at the Loews Portofino Bay, we just knew this was going to be a magical few days. The imagination which went into creating the resort and our experience was incredible. We enjoyed the restaurants, going into Universal Studios, and heading out for some golf. This was our fist post-covid vacation, and we picked the right place. Relaxed, totally chill, and lots of open spaces. Thanks for great brunches and dinners, and so many helpful and friendly people. An eleven out of ten for sure! Cheers, and thank you!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Amazing restaurant on site. Shuttle service could be better to the theme parks but otherwise a great place to stay. Clean rooms and great pool. Within walking distance to several other restaurants and some shopping.

Pros: close to Disney with free shuttle, delicious food, clean and beautiful grounds, nice rooms and variety of pools and hot tubs. Cons: some rooms have view of parking lot only, drinks and food are expensive.

We have stayed here at least half a dozen times and won't consider any other property in Orlando. The hotel itself is stunning, the pools are clean and gorgeous, the staff are top notch and the on-site restaurants are delicious.

Hey, we enjoyed our staying at Rosen Inn, everything was perfect! the only thing we didn't like, is the swimming pools, they had 3 beautiful swimming pools YET its occupied by kids all the time, and didn't get a chance to enjoy Swimming due to kids and the noise by playing and jumping all over the pool, my suggestion, you need to have one of the pools only for ADULTS please THX Hana & Amjad

The rooms were very nice and large, there was plenty of parking, the lobby was very attractively decorate and the staff were great. The pool area is nice however, they have signs everywhere saying that the lounge chairs cannot be saved and yet by 7:30 in the morning, you couldn't find a chair. People put their stuff on the chairs and then took off for hours. The rules really need to be strictly enforced. Food inside the hotel was extremely expensive however there are lots of restaurants nearby so it's not necessary to eat there. Rooms are equipped with mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and microwave so it is possible to make or reheat food. It's a very nice hotel however, the experience was not that great because the hotel was overrun by screaming kids. Apparently the parents thought they were on vacation from parenting. I wouldn't go back.

It’s simply a perfect hotel/resort we stayed there March 15th to the 19th clean safe ( Caribbean feel ) tons of restaurants 3 large pools great for kids and family’s I would stay there again in a heartbeat we truly had a fantastic family vacation thank you so much !!!!!

The resort was amazing. It had everything you would expect from a resort. The staff was super nice and professional. The pool area was kept clean and there was more than enough space for all the guests! The rooms were kept clean and looked like they were newly renovated. Overall a wonderful experience.

This hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean. Pool is clean and at a nice temperature. lots of parking for vehicles. Nice feature that it has fridge, stove, microwave, toaster in the rooms. I found the drinks to be expensive. Food was good and reasonably priced.

Our first room was very worn down and dingy. We asked to change to another room. Our phone was broken and cleaning staff showed up each day close to 5 pm. Front desk staff very unfriendly. The staff member that worked in the restaurant was very friendly and happy to help.

Other than the fact that the Hotel was close to Universal Studios and the beds were comfortable, we had some unfortunate issues with this Hotel. 1. Beds were not made every day 2. Towels were not changed every day. 3. The room was very dry and musty, so much so that my son developed stuffy nose problems and breathing difficulties. 4. The hall carpets smelled of mildew. 5. The fitness Center was very cold and only consisted of 2 or 3 pieces of elliptical machines and no free weights. 6. Only one elevator was working. 7. No one was answering the phone, when we called the front desk, so we had to go down in person when there was an issue. But the staff was friendly, and did accommodate when asked for towels to be changed and beds to be made. I have read the Hotel tries to address problems that have come up. but in looking over the reviews within the last year I see that some issues have never been dealt with as I have mentioned above. For nearly a year the elevators still have not been fixed, and the carpet still smells like mildew and I don't think has ever been cleaned. Although I have seen other Holiday Inn Hotels that are much better, I would not return to this particular location at Caravan Ct. in Florida and would rate it a 5 out of 10.

Love this hotel! It's a value resort that feels like a deluxe hotel. All that is missing is the high price! Rooms are well laid out with good storage, they even have low hooks at waist height for kids to put backpacks. The rooms aren't huge, but they contain all you need. Table for 4 people, small sink and counter space, microwave and a large under the counter fridge - great to keeping snacks and drinks cool. The tub area is standard, but the our 1 bedroom suite had a spacious double sink area. The wood-look laminate flooring instead of carpet gives each room a clean, chic, beach vibe. The beds are comfy, I found the pillows a bit hard and overstuffed, but I still slept very well. The pool area feels like a much more expensive resort. Pier 8 Market has great food at really good prices. $7 will get you scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes and a biscuit. Compared to the value resorts at Disney, Universal's Endless Summer is vastly superior and a better price!

We stayed at All Star Sports for the first time, also first time to Disney. Our room was a preferred room in the football section, on the back end. It was nice and quiet but really close to the main pool. The room was newly renovated. Very clean and nice. We were super comfortable and housekeeping did a great job cleaning, one day they changed the bed and put my Mickey stuffed toy I had bought on the bed with the remote it was so cute! The tv is on the wall and it’s huge. Drawers and an open closet with some hangers was good. The bathroom had a makeup mirror attached to the wall which was amazing for me! Perfect lightning for getting ready. When we got our room my phone wasn’t opening up the door, I went to the lobby and in two minutes I got us key cards and everyone in the lobby was friendly and quick to help. This was how it was the entire trip. Very nice staff, always smiling and saying good morning etc. I got Mickey waffles one morning they were delicious! Food court very clean as well and friendly staff. Getting a bus from the front was easy, bus times are shown on a tv outside but also on the app. Never waited too long they come about every 10 minutes. Sports gets picked up first fyi, before the music and movies hotels next door. Also gets dropped off first. Sometimes a bus would go to the other resorts next door, sometimes not. We ordered groceries to the hotel using Garden Grocer. No problems at all getting them. They are delivered to bell services and you just go pick them up. I sat at the pool once, my fiancé went in to swim. Lifeguards on duty, music playing, tons of seating and shade, towels, it was a great pool with a hot tub at the back. Near our room was a playground, we didn’t use it we don’t have kids but handy to have for parents. They have outdoor chess and ping pong, there was always kids playing those. I’d stay here again it was great. I really have no complaints about anything. Everything was easy and the room was awesome! Our last night it also rained and we heard nothing, no idea it rained until we looked outside. So the room can’t have super thin walls as I’ve seen some people complain about? I didn’t hear any voices etc. and we had people beside us and above. Only thing I heard was sometimes people for a second walking past the window, id hear muffled voices or a suitcase rolling, we were on the ground floor.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly The rooms aren’t fancy but very clean The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows slept great. Pool was warm and lots of loungers plus a little pool bar and an on-site restaurant for late night snacks. Lots of food options within walking distance

Came for a last minute sisters trip to visit Disney and Universal, upon arriving a lot earlier than the check in time (around 10am) the staff at the front desk greeted us with smiles and were happy to let us check in early. When we got to the room there seemed to be a problem with the sinks garburator/disposal and not allowing water to drain (needed a plumber) so the front desk gave us a different room promptly and with remorse for the previous room not being ready. It was honestly no problem! The rooms were clean, the extra bedding was no hesitation to bring to our room, the front desk helped us with ponchos because we didn’t pack according to the weather haha, so kind of them to do that. The pool and hot tub were cleanly and supplied with plenty of towels, and lastly the coffee bar/mini Starbucks breakfast was lovely and the staff were so sweet. The staff all together were just lovely. Definitely staying here again!

The hotel comes as presented. Great location, friendly staff and many things to do on site during your stay. Lots of open areas and respectful to be socially distant if that is what you are looking for to remain Covid-19 free. Mask are not a must but welcome to anyone who chooses to wear them...we will be going back again for sure!

It's a older property needing so up keep. The lobby and pool area very cleaning. The day when we were leaving new pool chairs and loungers arrived. The staff was very helpful and freindly. The rooms, the beds were very comfortable. The room itself was shown some wear and tear.

We had a busy week in Florida or no we weren't in the room very much except to sleep. The room was not made up daily you had to geto give them 24 hours notice if you wanted your room cleaned. My spouse went for the applebee's breakfast and said it was terrible. We did go to the pool and had a nice afternoon in the pool and hot tub. The pool area in hot tub were nice and clean. Very well equipped store Everything was there that you would ever need.We had no coffee machine in our room and and our TV did not work upon arrival but these were both fixed. It was close and convenient to all the local parks. The room was clean but the hotel itself is very dated and these are renovation. Hallways and common areas needed a good cleaning.

This resort had a nice pool, however this is definitely a budget hotel in that the rooms are not the cleanest (stains on the carpet/some suites have water damage,etc), the fixtures in the rooms are not the same (we had a better fridge and microwave than our other family members), the safe died on us while we were visiting so we used our family's other room's safe. The staff are all very nice and friendly. The location is good, there are a lot of restaurants and stores within moderate walking distance. The shuttle service was very strict in timing, so we suggest taking ubers for the week instead. The breakfast had very decent selection, but the same every day with only a slight deviation in the potatoes and sausages.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Daily breakfast. Lots of other food venues and gift stores and Target Store (for groceries) within walking distance. Fridge and microwaves in room allowed for some savings on meals. Would stay there again. Front desk and concierge were friendly and helpful.

Grounds were well kept, lots to do on site including 3 warm pools, water park, fishing pier, boat tours, fun zone with mini golf and games. Multiple restaurants on the property. Rooms were well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. Coffee place open early every day and spa treatments. Sergio checked us in and we had excellent service!!! He met our request for higher floor in building 1 with preferred view of the pools and Lake Austen. Would definitely go back!

Room was clean, service was impeccable. There’s a free shuttle bus to Disney and Universal. Many thanks to Susan Williams for nicely organizing everything at the last minute. She’s a pro! We will call again for sure for our next trip.

First time we did a family vacation that wasn’t all inclusive, overall we loved it. The home we got was great, we got tons of towels, utensils. We were happy to receive a stroller and playpen at no charge. Pool was awesome but I suggest paying to get it heated. The bbq that we rented for $75 was a bit on the high side for the shape it was in. We would definitely do it again

Hotel is good but does need an update for sure. Beds are comfortable and resort contains lots of Disney magic but was a little run down, especially for Disney standards. We had a preferred room which I recommend due to the resort size

Westgate lakes was beautiful. However they are in the process of making a water park and there is construction on site . Also you may want to examine the room you get the best is ground floor that doesn't have air conditioning units just outside the patio 1 bed is better than a studio room because of location you need a rental car.

Good for price but no warm and fuzzies when your heading back to the hotel for the night. Phone in room did not work - found out the hard way when we had someone try and enter our room at 2 am on our second night. Good thing we had dead bolt on because the key worked!!! Tried to call front desk but learned phone in room didn’t work... had to turn on data and use cell phone ...they let me know everything is fine and the issue had been corrected? Without admitting to it or really apologizing ... it seems they assigned a guest arriving late to our room. Very scary when unfamiliar with the area and in a dark unlit part of the resort. Set the tone for the rest of our stay - spent as little time as possible at hotel.

Westgate lakes resort and spa is an amazing place to stay if your looking to be close to everything. Excellent staff and amazing grounds. Rooms are clean and spacious. Excited to go back next year when the water park is finished.

Loews Royal Pacific was a very clean hotel. Staff were kind and courteous, we did not use the pool but there did appear to have lots lots of chair open for all guest . Found a few thing really expensive like coffee, water but what should I expect it a theme park hotel. Over great hotel and would stay there again. The express pass was one of the hotel’s best features

The customer service and reception was very hospitable and friendly, the bedrooms were clean, and the location was extremely convenient. Walking distance to Walmart, close to tourist shops and reasonably priced, highway, gas station, and Disney World.

From the appearance of the grounds to check-in, the stay, amenities and finally to check-out, the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal was excellent and delivered first class service. Our room was immaculately clean with an updated and very large two sink bathroom. The hotel itself is impressively clean as well; this includes the bars, pools areas, grounds and common areas. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel, parks and general Orlando area. Also, the parks are only about a 10 minute walk, but the water taxi which takes about the same time is a pleasant ride as well after a full day of walking around. I highly recommend the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal for families, singles and couples. I thank the Tripcentral agents for recommending it. Good call!

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn resort Lake Buena Vista. Proximity to Disney parks was very reasonable (within 15 min) and very close (about 5 min ) to the outlets. Highways about a minute away Many restaurants within walking distance. Lots of activities planned for kids and families throughout the day, on the property. Nice size pool with many lounge chairs- though we didnt have time to use it. Well maintained arcade, little movie theater with kids movies, gift shop/convenience store. Applebees on site, open late, with great promotions for family meals. Our room (kids suite B on 2nd floor) was clean, very spacious and our kids loved the bunk beds. Booked at a very reasonable rate and would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at Cabana Bay Beach Resort. We stayed here last year as well and enjoyed it, so decided to try it again. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Grounds are well kept and food is pretty good and fair priced. Free shuttle to and from Universal themed parks is a nice bonus as well. No car needed. It is however very pricey to stay here. So dont expect Caribbean pricing here. If you're considering this resort, I think you'll like it. The retro theme is different, but I dig it. If needing transportation to and from the airport, definitely use Uber! $29 CDN vs $50 plus. Hope this helps someone. Happy vacationing!

From the moment we got there to the moment we left every sibgle staff member was accommodating and friendly. The food was great with plenty of options, including a ton of healthy snack options. Foods court busy, but typically didn't have to wait long and able to find a table. Have a great order ahead service, where your food is reqdy when you get there. Don't love the cup system. They are a bit annoying to carry around. Rooms were small, but clean and comfortable (two adults and two small children). Easy access to the parks and never had to wait long for the shuttle. Also a great walking trail around the lake. We had a fantastic time and would definitely go back.

Front desk customer service was excellent Rooms very outdated needs lots of work,carpets need to be removed very dirty,toliet seats very old need new ones,bathroom very small in one bedroom suite.. Location perfect for universal and i-drive trolley... The complimentary shuttle runs very little doesnt help ..took ubers and taxes instead... Would not return to this hotel

I was very impressed with the house. Great place, close to golf and shopping. I will definitely be using vacation homes again. Can't beat the price also, not often you can get an entire three bedroom house for less than the price of a hotel!

The hotel itself presents well. Staff are helpful enough. The location is excellent. The walls are very, very thin though. We were woken up every night by sounds of voices, televisions, doors closing etc.

From the moment that we checked in, we were treated very well by everyone working at this resort. We really felt like we were appreciated guests, especially at check-in (thank you Kevin). Also, the food court was a big surprise. It was fantastic! The food was table service quality, at food court prices. We ate there several times and really loved it!

Nice pool, decent staff, terrible blankets, paper thin walls, ok drinks and food, glitchy TV, should be a bath in the hotel not just a shower, should be a sauna or hot tub, something for just adults would be nice.

Westgate town centre is a beautiful resort needs some updating on certain rooms but overall amazing place to stay. Beautifully maintained resort! Spacious rooms! Trip central was great to deal with and would recommend to everyone.

The grounds were nice, the rooms were spacious, the bathroom tub, shower and sink could’ve been updated more! The beds were comfortable, it was a nice place to stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Update coffee maker to a keurig.

The grounds were in good condition. Lobby is nice and tidy. The main entrance is beautiful. They provided a tiny microwave and fridge. Both worked well. The room is spacious with 2 beds, but the beds were squeaky. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food there. Also we were busy and did not use the pool. The parking was plentiful. The registration staff did well but the concierge was not very helpful at times. Overall the hotel was quite good.

The hotel is in a good location. Lots of great tourist gift shops, restaurants and attractions around. We found it easiest to take an UBER everywhere as the shuttle times meant we had to be up very early every day during our stay. The hotel staff are nice and friendly. The buffet dinner is a good option for a meal at the hotel. Didnt get to have breakfast but I'm sure it would be good too. The room was nice. I'm not a huge fan of the motel feel (doors on the exterior/outside for each room). The room did smell a bit weird. We had some air freshener on hand that helped. The water pressure was a bit weak for the tub, but not too bad. The microwave in the rooms makes it easy to do groceries and make your own meals to save on costs and eating junk food the whole time during your stay.

The location was great -- walking distance to Hollywood Studios and Epcot parks, which was great. Our room was large enough and was clean and neat. The staff that we encountered were friendly and accommodating. The food was great, and vegetarian/vegan options were available. When staying around the resort, there was a lot of areas to lounge and play: pools/whirlpools, a beach, a gym, etc. We spent most of our time at the parks, but were quite happy with the available amenities if we decided to slow down.

The hotel itself is clean and the staff is nice. The grounds are clean but the part we were staying in was shabby. The bathroom shower was too low, not enough pressure, and there was no fan, which meant there was mold on the ceiling. The toilet was the worst, it barely flushed and clogged once. The breakfast buffet was very under-stocked and under-staffed, and made for an unpleasant experience, even though our server (Robin) was excellent.

This hotel is well kept, the staff is really nice along with the man Scott that drives the golf cart he was the best! Always there when we had stuff to carry or just needed a lift up! Very nice guy! Very close to everything the lazy river was awesome food onsite was expensive but good. Room was cleaned everyday. We had a great stay !

We loved this hotel, no complaints. Rooms extremely spacious and clean, cleanest hotel room and most comfortable bed. Food at the bistro was amazing as well. The pool was warm and heated and the hottub was amazing. The shuttles to disney were reliable and friendly. Check in and out was fast and efficient. Absolutely no noise from other guests during our sleep either. Overall amazing time.

Always a fun stay in Orlando Our last few trips to Orlando we have stayed at the Sheraton Vistana village. This time it was sold out so we stayed at the Sheraton Vistana resort. The resort seemed bigger and a little older. Due to a busy schedule and a little bit of rain for a couple of days we did not really have a chance to explore the resort. The room was large enough with all the amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and location was Fantastic. So while we did not get to see too much of the resort but we did see that’s perfectly fine I would not hesitate to use or recommend

The hotel was dated and the room service was below average. The room was not fully equipped. We had to ask for extra towels and shampoo few times. The room was not fully cleaned every day. We asked to have the room cleaned few times through out our stay. The staff was helpful but I won't stay again at this hotel. It was a 20 minute drive from Disney. The Disney tickets that we purchased from the hotel had a caveat attached to it where we were asked to attend a marketing seminar to purchase time share with the Holiday Inn resorts. That was not explained to us prior to buying the tickets. Overall the trip was good. Air Transat had good service.

Hotel was great! The staff was bee friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub ! The hotel was walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and stores !

Very clean, perfect hot tub, pool. Everything shuts down early but that’s the season. Didn’t like the $60 cleaning fee when they never came until we left. Little dated but perfect location and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.

The staff is the best part of this hotel.|All were friendly and accommodating, even going so far as to print out directions to the local hospital when my daughter had a serious nosebleed. The rooms are spotless, the heated pool was very relaxing and the gentleman who delivered room service was wonderful!

From the moment you pull up and the resort comes into view, you know your in for a treat! The exterior of the building is beautiful and the grounds are incredible! The lobby is so inviting and gives you the sense that you are on an island somewhere. Staff were all friendly, happy and willing to help with anything. The rooms were nicely decorated with and island/beach feel and at the same time cosy and comfortable... and most importantly...clean and fresh. The beautiful pools were clean, heated and well kept. We ate quick breakfasts at the coffee/snack restaurant and had no complaints. We would love to stay at Margaritaville again and if there is one wherever we go, we will most definitely make that our first choice. Did not want to leave!!! Thank you to all the staff and management for an awesome experience...

We stayed in a mini suite. It has a bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom with a jetted tub and shower combo. Also it has a sitting area with a pull out couch, a mini fridge, microwave and a toaster. There are two televisions in the suite. This suite was perfect for 4 people. The resort location was great. Just off 192 and close to all theme parks. The resort has several pools a pool bar as well as more then one hot tub. The grounds are beautiful. I would certainly recommend this resort to anyone.

Would love to review, but, at this time I can't - because, due to my roommate's medical issues & cancelling, I too had to cancel trip. Looking forward to re-booking & experience all that is offered Here!! So I don't know how to rate BUT can't submit if I don't!! Since I have not been there yet, I'm just rating 1 star!! I'll give a better review when I get the chance to stay there!!

The resort is fairly large and the grounds are kept clean. The layout of the buildings is well designed making the pools and restaurant a short walking distance no matter which building you are in. Our room was basic with limited storage space but clean. Food options were good enough with kid menu options at decent prices. Staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. Shuttles to parks were regular so we never had to wait very long. Overall a great place to stay to experience Disney without breaking the bank. Would definitely go back.

This Hotel was perfect for our group of 6. We went on our first Disney Vacation October 2019 and found this Hotel to be a great value for us. The rooms are scheduled to be updated before the Disney 50th Anniversary in 2021 and will have Queen beds and renovated bathrooms. The food is very basic, chicken fingers, fries, pizza, lasagna, roasted chicken & steak. The Market area has lots of assorted cold salads, sandwiches, yogurt and tons of fruit. Our go to almost always was watermelon. Fabulous is you are feeling not so great or just because it is such a good nutritious fruit. We found the staff to be exceptional. They were always so considerate and would do as much as possible to make our trip the best possible. I want to thank Nicolle Kirk for helping us book a vacation that the whole Family will remember forever.

Fourth year in a row renting with vacation homes and they have been fantastic. We always request a home with a pool table and they always accommodate us. Private pool is awesome to have. We will definitely be booking a 5th year with them.

The resort was amazing! Check in and checkout was easy and painless. The staff were friendly, it had all the amenities, and the rooms were spacious and spotless. The pools were great for the kids, I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel rooms show their age and use. The nightstand had dust bunnies around the legs and the bathrooms had cracked tiles. We stayed for 3 nights and one day the beds were made but the garbage was missed and the towels not collected, but the toilet paper dispenser was adjusted.

I enjoyed the convenience of the location, lots of Great Restaurants, outlet shopping, all parks. The hotel rooms had a lot of space for a family of 5. Service was good as well as the pools. We have 3 young children and the pool was shallow enough that we were able to enjoy the pool. They also had a good size splash pad connected to the pool that my children loved
